I had the best ceviche ever, even better than the one I had many times in Peru. The Lomo Saltado and Chaufa rice also were good. We see how passionate and dedicated David is with food. It demonstrates that a good food needs some time to make it. ? Waiting in line is REALLY worth it.

Got there right as they were opening for dinner. One guy running the whole show, and super friendly. Our ceviche and pork sandwich were delicious- super fresh.

This place is the real deal and worth the wait. The owner/chef is from Peru and serving up authentic Peruvian dishes. He makes everything fresh and from scratch and is so kind! It takes some time to get your food, but that’s because it’s made right! You won’t be disappointed.

This place has wonderful food for good prices and generous portions! The ceviche was amazzziiing. Pro-tip, head over to salsa Limon while you wait and grab a To-go margarita.Don't go to this place unless you are down to go with the flow that night and aren't on a time crunch. Save this place for a night you don't have anything else going on and are cool with having a little walk around on guad while you wait. You've been warned! Don't give this place a bad review for being slow! This is one guy doing his thing, setting his own hours, and making sure everything is cooked to perfection. I'm happy for him and thankful for all the work he puts into the food:) and he's always so kind no matter how busy he is!

Wait was a bit long, but only bc everything is made to order and super fresh. Loved my lomo saltado ($16) and will be back for the ceviche! The fries and sauce itself were also amazing on its own. There's only one picnic table and a couple of other seats and table at the truck FYI.

This is such a hidden gem near the University of Texas. Try the lomo saltado. The chef is always extremely kind and willing to give recommendations. For being a food truck, there's limited seating (a picnic table and some chairs), but there's usually good music going.

We had the ceviche only. It was on restaurant level and very authentic. Owner/chef was very helpful, knowledgeable and laid back. Definitely worth the wait, as the preparation as fresh as it gets.
