Best Peruvian food I’ve had since I moved from Houston. The food is fresh, the flavor amazing, and the service exceptional! There is a bit of a wait but you are getting quality ingredients and freshly cooked food, worth every second we had to wait. I highly recommend it- is definitely now one of our favorite spots!
We tried this place for the first time. We drove from San Antonio and were looking for good Peruvian food. The taste of the ceviche surpassed our expectations. Considering we have been to many Peruvian restaurants because it is our favorite food, this was one of the best ceviches we have tried. The owner was very friendly and down to earth so we also enjoyed talking to him. Give it a try, I think you will really like his food.

The ceviche, Lomo Saltado, arroz chaufa, and Chaufa rice are standout dishes, known for their amazing and addicting flavor. This authentic Peruvian restaurant is a one-man show run by the dedicated and friendly chef, who prepares everything fresh and from scratch. Although the service may be slow and waits can be long, the generous portions, food truck prices, and restaurant level quality make it worth the drive. Each dish is freshly made one by one and should be eaten fresh. With its mouthwatering and authentic food, Ceviche7 is a must-visit for those who appreciate good Peruvian cuisine. Many consider it the first place to recommend for a delicious meal in Austin, and it has the best Lomo Saltado in Austin, hands down.
