At first the service was good, seated immediately. Then we make our order and 50 minutes later saw a Manger, let them know we are still waiting for the food, the food came shortly after. The food was not worth the money. My husband sent his plate back. The Manger came back with the plate and asked what was wrong with it. Probably will not be back, not a good start for a first time visit.

Wonderful servers. I did not feel rushed to order or complete my meal. The atmosphere was peaceful. Lots of older patrons and children. The portions were large and food prepared fast. I would recommend this restaurant to others.

we ordered a to-go order and my husband’s food was completely left out. they gave a partial refund which was appreciated, but then we discovered my soup had no cheese or bacon in it. this is disappointing because i typically like this location. please check your orders before they’re sent out.

Absolutely delightful experience! Great food with prices that are a good twenty percent below the competition. They were out of Chicken Pot Pie which both my girlfriend and I had wanted. They were very gracious about it, comping a few items for us.

They forgot to place the side on my to go order hence why would you place gratuity? Next time? Really Next time will go somewhere else.

First time coming here. Right off the bat it was really quiet and nice. I was surprised by the food selection. Awesome. Our server was so nice. I got the full rack of ribs, it was so big couldn't finish it. The fish was a little too much salty. Overall definitely worth coming here. I'll be back.

I have enjoyed cheddars multiple times at different locations. I have given this location two tries and both instances were overall a bad exercise, borderline terrible.

To recap this previous experience, we go in, eager, and ready to eat delicious food. There was a 15 minute wait for a half full restaurant, which was bizarre. We wait about 5 to 10 mins to get service for drink, which already is quite a long time to get service. We place our drink order and place our go to appetizer choice, chips and queso. It takes another 10 minutes to see that a party that was seated after us had received their chips and queso and we had not. I proceed to ask for the appetizer we ordered and was informed it was due to their dishwasher being broken. That wouldn't explain a later party receiving an exact order we had sooner. We receive the appetizer shortly after complaining and had no issues with it.

We had ordered the chicken pot pie and steak and shrimp. The server forgot to ask for the chicken pot pie side, thus we never received the side. Even after being confronted by a manager about why we didnt get a side and telling him that we weren't asked, they still did not bring one out.

Now irregardless of the poor service, how was the actual food? Terrible to say the least. The steak had an incredibly funky taste. Almost tasted as if it was 1 or 2 days away from being completely spoiled. The first bite was completely off-putting and made me immediately not want to continue eating. The shrimp was soggy, which is unexpected of fried shrimp. The chicken pot pie with the missing side was just flavorless mush.

Im not one to complain but this really stunk up our afternoon plans. I did get refunded for my steak and shrimp, however I did not want any exchanges or substitutions as I felt like their entire kitchen was disordered, and I was questioning the quality of their ingredients.

All in all, I live 5 mins from this location, and I would rather travel to the north location, which is fantastic, before I ever step foot in this establishment again.

We had a wonderful late lunch with a full rack of ribs and broccoli and rice casserole fries and chocolate cake.And ice cream, that was to die for our server was great too

Very Very Disappointed. This picture is my sides being served in Styrofoam containers at my table. Nothing against Styrofoam but I expect more from Cheddar's [ and 15$ a plate]. The food was horrible, cold and taste less. If you like Cheddar's GO TO Pflugerville LOCATION.

I had such a fantastic experience at Cheddar’s on Sunday night, largely thanks to our amazing waiter/bartender, Jorge.
From the moment we sat down/approached the bar, Jorge greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and drink list, offering a perfect recommendation for a martini after asking about my preference. The drink was a hit!
Throughout the evening, Jorge was attentive and efficient, checking on us at the perfect moments without being overbearing.
Thank you Cheddar’s for hiring amazing bartender/waiter.
