My family stumbled onto Mandola’s ItalianKitchen in Odessa Florida. What a delightful restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. We were greeted at the door by the manager, Chris. He explained how the restaurant ordering and seating worked. Mandolas is a wonderful restaurant. I love going in on Thursday. That's the day they have Cannelloni Florentina. It is delicious. Thin sheets of pasta stuffed with braised chicken, spinach, Romano & Fontina cheeses, baked in a became sauce with a touch of marinara. I pair it with a Mista salad.
