Leaving this review and hope it helps. I work in The area and order togo, about my last 4 times ordering something is always missing. I need to check every time. When I sit down here to eat, there is no table service, no offer to refill your drink. Just not the normal chick fil a. There are many employees standing around the kitchen area, so it’s not a shortage of staff. These guys need to go back to the basics. The food is also hit or miss, my chicken sandwich today was only half breaded. That’s kinda weird. I see no managers or if I do they are not managing the food. Will change review if I see a difference.

The restaurant feels sloppy and amateurish with the section blocked off for employees and the table and printer. I expect better for Chick-Fil-A. Covid is over, let's have the play area back.

Chicken was raw in the Cobb salad I ordered and was only half filled it seemed to be the amount of a side salad, staff seemed nice though.

Don't even try to get drive through breakfast after 10 because most likely they will not serve you. I put in a mobile order early in hopes I could quickly go and grab breakfast. The line was long but not terribly bad, around 5 cars and only one poor girl serving them. It took a whole 20 mins to get through those 5 cars, and by the time they got to me it was 10:32. They refused to honor my mobile order because it was two minutes after they "stopped serving breakfast". For two minutes.You guys already are a rare fast food place that do not offer all day breakfast. But to turn away your customers because it was 2 minutes after breakfast ended because your service was running slow is another topic entirely. I've been a customer for years but this place has just gone downhill since the pandemic. I didn't complain the one time you guys gave me two chicken biscuits with no chicken, (it was just biscuits lol) because I understand people make mistakes when busy, but this here is completely a policy issue.

We couldn’t ever figure out how to get to the drive-through; every approach was completely blocked off. Finally gave up and went to InNOut instead.

It bad enough that the line is always long but to wait to get the wrong food is a problem. I do not like pickles and they put extra pickles on my sandwich without the double cheese I ordered and paid for. I was told my money could not be refunded by Nicole and Andrea unless I came back with the card and the food. I did not mind but I spent half my lunch in line and I am starving. Such poor customer service

I just went today to have lunch and the chicken from my hamburger was raw which we went to let them know and the staff took it and went with the manager, I waited at my table and within minutes he returned my food saying that they could not do anything about it and that the chicken was fine, in addition to the service is terrible the staff takes care of you in a bad way.

Food taste and texture noticeably changed quantity feel. I rarely visit but when I do it's for a specific taste and experience. I'll check back in a few years. I did a drive through on 3/28/24 at 6p for reference.

I was served this disgusting piece of lettuce yesterday. For a chicken sandwich that is 8 dollars, I expect better quality and judgement from the servers in the back. I will never return to this location.

They didn’t give mana simple straw with my order or chick fil a causes and when I asked for them they just gave me 2 sauces and no straw and no sauce or silverware for my salad simple things just not done do
