An Austin Original, full of local flair.
After our session at YMCA, we decided to take our 3 kids to Chick fil A. We purchased 5 meals , and some other stuff. They forgot 4 sandwiches. My wife called and Laurel, the Mgr on duty basically claimed that they did not make any mistake, and we had the food and that they couldn't do anything. She indicated that we could talk to her GM tomorrow. Really? Completely the wrong response. We returned the food and will not be coming back which is sad bc we really love the food:(
We’ve unfortunately been having some ongoing issues with the quality and consistency of the food at the Chick-fil-A location on Palmer and Dessau, so we’ve started coming to the Tech Ridge location instead.
This location is about five minutes farther from our house, and they don’t have a mobile drive-thru, so it’s not necessarily the most convenient option for us. But honestly, it’s worth the extra drive.
