Good afternoon, I would like to place a complaint on the staff working at this Jersey Mike's. I'm not one to complain we all have bad days but the way I was treated was not okay. I wasted $13.26 on a sub that was going to be my only meal of today because I had been at work from 6:30AM-7:00PM. As a teacher right now we're under a lot of stressed and to be talked to like I'm dumb and don't know how to read is not acceptable. I DO NOT RECCOMEND. I had an issue with an online order. I contacted customer service several times.
Each time customer service contacted this location. The location did nothing to fix the issue.
Collectively the most incompetent and rude staff. From the manager all the way to the line. I've never seen so many people screw up independently together. The staff needs better training, better process, and need to learn some respect.
