I guess you should not order ahead online. After ordering and driving to the store, I still could have gotten in line and received my order 3 times over during the time I waited for them to get it ready.

Good subs at a decent price point. You'll want it "Mike's way" which involves balsamic vinegar, seasonings (from what I taste). Add extra meat for a small upcharge to really put it over the top. I tend to ask them to not cut the sub into smaller servings when I'm really hungry. For most folks and me the smaller portions are enough. Good place if you're in a hurry especially because service is quick and even when busy you can in keep it under 7 minutes from walking in to walking out with your order.. 9 out of 10 times I'm there it's for the tuna. But the Philly sub is definitely what I would order more often if not for my personal dietary restrictions. LoL! Comes with the territory as you get older...

The most incompetent, unprofessional, rude staff. Every single staff member screwed up at their job and failed to take accountability and fix. The order taker failed to write down the order correctly. The person ringing up the order failed to even ring up the order based on the incorrect ticket correctly. And then the person making the sandwich didn't bother to read the ticket, and made the sandwich incorrectly. When I tried to correct them multiple times, rather than taking accountability and fixing, they tried to blame me for their incompetence and lack of coherent processes, and give me attitude. The manager sided with the rudeness and still was reluctant to fix. Attempted to refund me the incorrect amount and in cash when I paid with card. Not even the manager could do her job successfully. The one staff member that had a complete attitude when corrected needs to be fired. Either learn how to do your job or learn how to take criticism. Everyone needs to be trained. I filed a complaint with corporate and I'd like the owner to address. This is highly unacceptable.

The food is absolutely great if you can actually get it as you order it. There were 4 staff members behind the counter during my visit. Every single one of these staff members got involved in the process of making my sandwich and every single one of them made a mistake along the way. From taking the order, attempting to make it, ringing the order up incorrectly at the register to ultimately refunding my money. The entire team was completely incompetent and the entire process was botched from start to finish. The bizarre discombobulation and extraordinary lack of coordination between employees ultimately lead to me giving up and requesting a refund. Even the refund took 10 minutes of the manager fumbling around at the register. This franchise deserves a review and ALL four of the staff members on the clock at 5:30pm on 2.15.23 need to be fired. Period. I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but extraordinarily low aptitude employees cannot be replaced by A.I. quickly enough. You’re making a sandwich that took all of about 6 words to describe. Enough said…

Collectively the most incompetent and rude staff. From the manager all the way to the line. I've never seen so many people screw up independently together. The staff needs better training, better process, and need to learn some respect.

The lady at the register that has blue eyes is rude, we were just asking her to add bacon, and she was just gossiping with her friend instead of paying attention to the customers.

Jersey Mike's is by far Mt favorite sandwich shop, they have the best meats in my opinion, and always a great staff. One time they sent a bunch of coupons for me and my staff. Cant wait for more

Don't order food through ubereats at this location they just keep shoving your order off to the side while your driver stands there in the lobby and weights people that walk in after your driver will get their food before you no point in ordering online at this location.

Every single time I order online from here it is NEVER correct when I pick it up. And of course because the way they have it packaged I’m not opening it up before I take it home. Ordered on rosemary break? Nah it’s on white. Changed the toppings? Nah it’s wrong. Don’t change the toppings? They add something they shouldn’t. This location has gone downhill sooo much the last 6 months or so. Every time I go in it’s usually 3 or so girls just goofing off and I’m not surprised they can’t make a sandwich correct, it’s clear they don’t care about the job. I kept telling myself next time will be better, it’s not worth a review, it’s fine I’ll eat it anyway, but as I sit here after work and look at a completely wrong sandwich I have to speak up. Oh and OF COURSE they ask for a tip on top of everything. So they got extra money out of me before I can even see my sandwich. I highly recommend choosing anywhere else before here based on the way this location is run.
