i had a very bad experience here at this location. the management is rude and they do not own their mistakes. i was actually accused of trying to scam them out of a sandwich. i ordered a regular sandwich and received a spicy sandwich which set my mouth on fire. when i called to tell them i was hungry and because it was their mistake i wanted them to deliver me the correct order. i was told they could not do that, and i would have to be inconvenienced AGAIN by returning to the store to have my order replaced. when i inconvenienced myself (because it is the principle of the situation) and returned to the store I was told I had eaten the sandwich and would not receive a refund. I was smart enough to bring the uneaten meal to present to the manager, Santiago, who continued to argue with me and refused to return my money. after asking several times to PLEASE credit my card, he reluctantly complied. oh and getting back to the delivery, i was told they could not have my order delivered, because they had no drivers but when I went to the store they had EIGHT vehicles at their disposal. AND DO THEY TELL CUSTOMERS THAT ORDER DELIVERY SERVICE THEY DO NOT HAVE DRIVERS? all this after I worked a 12 hour shift at work, no lunch and just wanted my favorite. Chick fil a. you have lost a customer for life. but ... a big corporation? who cares? there are plenty of other people to take my place. But I will spread the word.

Probably the only CFA I’ve been to that doesn’t offer curbside and no mobile thru. And because they don’t offer either one the drive thru line gets crazy long & they hardly open the 2nd lane either. Wish they would make an upgrade. Would rate this location higher if they had curbside or mobile thru lane

This absolutely deserves a one star. These are fries looking almost half eaten but this is actually how they were delivered to us. We don’t pay the price for a large fry to have a medium fry quantity. Terrible.
