All the staff here are great! Every time I visit this location I am greeted with happy faces and friendly people!! It’s as if they enjoy their job!! 🙏 today it was a guy named Beau that took my order. Very uplifting mood and great attitude!!

Shout out to Miguel, Last few times I have been here he has been so polite. I ordered some items by mistake and he was able to fix it and accommodate me. I didn’t feel rushed like at other places. There are a bunch more employees like him at this Chick-fil-a as well, and the employees like this make me feel welcomed to come back. This is why I go out of my way to drive from downtown Austin to this Chick-fil-a the last 8 years. Also to mention, this franchise at this specific location south west Austin 290 - has always been on top of training employees and giving phenomenal customer services. This is truly the best Chick-fil-a in Austin Texas compared to others! Thank you all for all your hard working service here!

The portions for the chicken sandwich keep getting smaller and smaller. My sandwich today didn’t even fill the bun and was super thin.
They just keep getting thinner and smaller every month.

My complaint is now with the store manager Jason. I had a poor experience with a lower level manger whom kept talking over me and asking me to repeat myself. She acted as if I was bothering her when trying to communicate my poor service with my order. She even tried to blame door dash. How they would be responsible for my issues is unbeknownst to me, god and everyone else. as chick fil a seals their orders after filling them. In stead of de escalating the situation Kim sent me into an emotional frenzy. She has poor customer service and is dismissive of the customer. However when asking for Jason to explain my situation, instead of meeting with me he sent another manager to meet with me because he was too busy to be bothered. Now I see where Kim’s dismissive behavior comes from. It comes from her role model who showed me best that the customer doesn’t matter. Great job chick fil a for employing these type of lazy non caring selfish individuals. I guess treating people like another number or dollar sign is more important than quality customer service.

We’ve always had a good experience here if it’s drive-through or dining in. Tonight we decided to take advantage of one of their neighborly events. And tonight they were making paper plate spiders for Halloween always appreciate a place that decorates for the holidays for the time of the year.
Went through the drive though late in evening and i saw that one of the lanes had two people and once i got in the girl complained to the other guy who had walked back to the second line once he saw I pulled in. I’m guessing neither wanted to take my order. But besides that she got my order wrong.
