Been going to the Anderson Lane location in North Central Austin every 2 weeks for many years (even before Covid). It always is good fuel and fits in my budget. Just now sitting down to do a review. Always good, always fresh. The staff and managers are always friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. Cabo bobs is my favorite burrito and tacos in the whole world.
I have to give credit where credit is due....this place is fantastic. The food is great, the portions are always decent, the price is nearly unheard of...I only wish they had a location closer to the Belterra/Dripping Springs area. 🤞 It reminds me of Chipotle back in the 2010s when it used to actually be good. I really hope Cabo Bob's can keep doing what is working because it's such a gem!
