DO NOT GO HERE. AT LEAST GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Out of everything. HAIR in food. Every time I’ve gone to this chipotle for a year now it’s been like this. Today they’re out of white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, corn salsa, and limes. This is EVERY time I’ve been they’re out of something. Not to mention TWO hairs in my bowl. I had a family member pick up food for a gathering we had yesterday. We were missing 3 of our 5 meals! Over half of the food missing. The label on the bag showed our correct full order. Only online bot service is available and I could only get a coupon for the missing food items that had to be used in a month. No refunds and no people to talk to. I live 35 minutes away. The guy with the moonstone jewelry had amazing service, a great attitude, and amazing efficiency while still prioritizing every customer. Management seems to need some work as the location was understaffed.
