I like Chipotle and eat there regularly. But this location is by far the worst one I’ve been to in Austin. It is absolutey filthy - tables and floors are covered with leftover food. There’s spilled liquid on the floor too.This is the third and final time I’ll eat here.

This location is over the top filthy. Grossly mismanaged and over staffed. I tried to give this location a fair shake with maybe “they’re too busy”, or “maybe they’re short staffed” but after the 4th attempt….. it boils down to management. All 4 times, tables are dirty, floors scattered with food that can make up an entire bowl, trash cans overfilled, and it’s poorly stocked of utensils etc. While I sat and took in the filth, 5 employees stood behind the counter waiting for the next guest to walk in. No line, just posted up waiting.

One of the orders was wrong and the rice was hard and on the colder side…definitely not fresh. Really disappointing because Chipotle as a whole is usually consistent. Bummer.

The guy with the moonstone jewelry had amazing service, a great attitude, and amazing efficiency while still prioritizing every customer. Management seems to need some work as the location was understaffed.

DO NOT GO HERE. AT LEAST GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Out of everything. HAIR in food. Every time I’ve gone to this chipotle for a year now it’s been like this. Today they’re out of white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, corn salsa, and limes. This is EVERY time I’ve been they’re out of something. Not to mention TWO hairs in my bowl. They don’t switch gloves between the register (and holding cards) and making food and giving online orders out. Always a long wait for online pick up or standing in line. Finally after a year i’m done with this place. Never feel good after eating it either….

I had a family member pick up food for a gathering we had yesterday. We were missing 3 of our 5 meals! Over half of the food missing. The label on the bag showed our correct full order. Only online bot service is available and I could only get a coupon for the missing food items that had to be used in a month. No refunds and no people to talk to. I live 35 minutes away. It was for a birthday gathering. Very disappointing. The food we got was fine, but 5 people sharing the meals of 2? Really bad experience.
