Chili's in Austin

“I had a great experience at Chili’s recently, thanks to my amazing server, John! From the moment we sat down, John was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. He went above and beyond with his service—checking in just the right amount, offering great menu suggestions, and making us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work like John does. Honestly, he deserves a raise. Chili’s is lucky to have him!“

“I had great time having dinner with my husband. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and sat near the bar. Alexis was the bartender and our waitress and did an amazing job. The restaurant was busy a lot people were dining. Our drinks appetizers and food came out in short time considering the crowd. The ribs were delicious fall off the bone. We did miss the corn but the mushrooms were so good. Over all we had awesome dining experience and definitely will come back to this location.“

“Placed our order, 20 minutes later we heard a loud crash in the back, come to find out it was our tray of food they accidentally dropped. They waived our appetizer and threw in dessert on top of pushing our meal on top of the other orders for the 2nd go-round. The food made it to our table this time in 15 minutes. Waiter was cool and attentive. ??“

“Siwar was a great Server. Attentive more than enough towards our needs and her responsibilities in the restaurant . She was patient and always busy working , doing more than I would expect someone in her position to do . Definitely will come back. The food , drinks and service was amazing.“

“Came here for a family celebration and the service was outstanding. They were so accommodating to our large group and our server was so fantastic at keeping up with all of us, which isn't easy to do! We were all talking for days about how we had such a great experience at this Chili's location. I'm not one to write reviews about chain restaurants but wanted to shout out the amazing staff here. We will definitely be returning to this location over any of the others in the Austin area.“
