Chili's in San Antonio

“The service was amazing here. We were greeted by a kind host, and then our server was very timely to come to the table. The drink runners, the bussers, the server, everyone worked amazing as a team. The NBA finals were on so the restaurant staff were watching it but they were on top of their game regardless. Will definitely be back and recommend.“

“We ordered 2crispy chicken sandwiches with tea, and I had taken it home for me and my wife. I gotta tell ya, the crispy chicken sandwich , I guarantee it will put others to shame, hands down. This sandwich was so good, Every bite you got a mouth full. The best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! Thank you , our compliments to the cooking staff!“

“The service was so good, it stood out immediately. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and seated, and our server helped us almost immediately. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, especially our server.

I had the veggie burger, and it was AMAZING! The flavors all combined very well and even added a scrumptious complexity to the black bean patty. The fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned with a delicious garlic seasoning. I also ordered a margarita that was also very delicious. It was perfectly sweet with a little but of tart in the slushy, and though it didn't taste like alcohol, it made me feel very giddy upon leaving haha.

The restaurant itself was very clean and had a great atmosphere, was air conditioned very well, and smalled like freshly cooked food. I had a very good time at this Chili's :)“

“cannot believe this location doesn’t have 4.9 stars. i was a chilis hater until i started coming to this location. every single staff member goes above and beyond for service, food always comes out hot and consistent, and it’s a legitimately warm environment whenever i go. one of myself and my partner’s comfort places. also lets us split meals without ever feeling bad (pls always tip like you got two though!!)“

“We love Chili's - price, quality, service, atmosphere. Last night, Cat was our server & she was refilling our drinks before we even asked! Gotta love that! The 3 FOR ME! price + quality of the food & the sheer amount of food you get! No fast food place can beat the price & deliciousness! They're guacamole is always ALWAYS so good. & the thinnest, tastiest chips & you get a bag of chips w/salsa to take home! :)“

“I'd have to say that I don't have many opportunities to take my family out to dinner. What few opportunities we do have, our experiences has been a little bland the past year or so. The service either makes us feel rushed or not worthy of attention. Thankfully, today's experience at Chili's on 1604 & Bandera Rd completely turned things around. Jasmine our waitress made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. I can't begin to express how grateful our family is to have such great service. Jasmine has such a wonderful heart and with such a big smile she can make your day feel much more special. Thank you. Jasmine for your outstanding customer service. “Got the 3 For Me and it was amazing!! I added on the molten lava cake and MY FAVORITE THING it was so good. My servers name was Edward and he was so nice and constantly was checking up on me making sure everything was good and was quick with refills. Service was fast and everything came out hot! This location is the best location for Chili’s I will only come to this one.“

“Maddie was Rocking It! Started off w/ just two tables. I watched her section get Sat w/ an additional two and she did not miss a step! Maddie was attentive and had the most welcoming demeanor. When we return I’m asking to be sat in her section!!!!“

“Wanted to mention an experience we had with the Chili's in Wyomissing PA. We had a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 very young children. Great staff, seated quickly, ordered quickly. Then a medical emergency happened in the back to a young woman which resulted in our food being dropped. Manager Dan came out and apologized and told us what happened. The night became less about food and more about the young woman being fine. She was checked out - ambulance called, etc. and got treatment. Our food was prepared again and we still had a great meal and finished our night. Then our server, Giavana, advised us the manager was comping some of our meal for the extra time. And then she had to adjust the bill since we needed it split. All taken care of and we paid, but made sure to give a little extra to Giavana for her service and then gave Dan some money to give to the woman with the medical emergency since she lost wages when she had the episode. The meal became more about people and not food and our meal and how quickly we were served and could go home. Bottom line, take care of the restaurants and employees that do everything they can to give you a great meal and experience, and especially when they go above and beyond when an issue happens out of their control, yet they take care of it and worry about your experience. Shout out again to Dan and Giavana and Chili's Wyomissing PA for our night. And best wishes to the young woman and her medical issue, that she recovers and gets back to work.“
