Chili's in San Antonio

“We came to chili’s right after prom, the wait wasn’t bad it took about 5-10 minutes to get us seated but once we got seated our server Noah took care of us quickly! he was extremely observant with our table and made us feel welcomed. We got our food soon after ordering and it was delicious! Noah kept checking on our table making sure we had everything we needed“

“This Chili's location has had a real positive change from what it was a few years ago. I guess they have new managers, because before you couldn't see them anywhere. Now there a tall blonde guy, that is always checking on tables, helping out servers and, and last couple of time he even waits to meet you on your way out. Food has BEEN GREAT, come out hot a fast, drinks perfectly presented, and the waiters with very good attitude.
My kids and I will keep going as long as it feels right....“

“Food is always good, portions flavor and freshness, waited almost 30 minutes for the food to be served understandable because it was packed! Only thing I'm not giving the 5 stars is, we went there because of my daughter's birthday she picked the place, I whispered the server about it and she said, yeah! Do you want me to give her a cake, dessert? Okay but they charged for it! lol, you may think I'm greedy but most other places give you at least the desert or some of them if it's your birthday eat for free, anyways I think it was little pricey 😬“

“We had Kyle as our waiter tonight and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely funny.
What really stood out was his ability to handle a challenge with ease. Even when the restaurant briefly ran out of clean silverware, Kyle handled the setback with ease. He quickly brought plastic silverware as a great alternative and proactively let surrounding tables know about the delay before it could inconvenience anyone.
He was clearly managing several tables, but he maintained a fantastic attitude and his comical demeanor made the entire dining experience enjoyable.“

“Chili's chilling! Sat in the bar area and Joy, the server/bartender was phenomenal! Besides working several tables in the bar she was so delightful and attentive. They must say she knows how to make a Long Island iced tea. Had the margarita chicken dinner with a salad which was brought out by Nos, He also is super nice always asking to make sure the food was delicious. Even the night time manager on duty stop by to ask how everything was. Lots of monitors plenty of sports solid food and reasonable prices. If you're staying in one of the hotels nearby, or live in the general area you should certainly give this Chili's a try.“

“It's the first time I've ever been in Chili's and I was not disappointed ❤️
The food was incredible, and a lot.
The margarita was big 😂, but very good.
We had Aubrey as our server, and she was really nice and made sure everything was good.

I do apologize for the bad tip my dad gave.
I worked in a restaurant too and so did my husband, and tried to explain to him that it's not the server fault, when the food wasn't good for a guest or not seasoned or anything. I tried my best

“Arrived during a quiet afternoon with 9 adults and 6 kids under 5. They quickly accommodated us and moved tables for us to sit together. I forgot how great the chips and salsa, and the Trio with chicken stripes, Southwest Eggrolls, and Mozzarella sticks were so awesome! This place ROCKED!!“

“Upon coming in the other day was greeted very nicely and shared some good laughs with the young tall gentleman at the front. He cleaned off a whole booth for me and my little ones and was the one who brought us our drinks. Definitely needs a raise I don’t know the young man’s name but he’s awesome and I will definitely be coming back !! Food was great btw too!“

“We stopped in for lunch and it was as good as it ever is and it’s always very good. We had the Ancho Salmon and the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Delicious! I tried the strawberry tea and my wife had the blackberry tea. They were both fantastic! The kitchen did a wonderful job in preparing our food. Nothing was over cooked and everything was great tasting and fresh! Our server, Brianna, was the icing on the cake, with her attention to detail and her knowledge of the menu items. She was very attentive and checked back with us often for refills and any additional requests we may have had.

“When we walked in it was relatively sparse. It was most busy and noisy in the bar area. We decided not to sit at the bar area and we're seated immediately to our right. I ran to the restroom and my date took a seat and gave drink orders. When I came back to the restroom about 5 minutes later a manager asked had we been helped. I told her that I don't know. I had gone to the restroom and I have not seen anybody since. After that it was much better. The servers are a little on the slow side but nothing big. Overall will be back“

“The server really take good care of us. We been here plenty of times as a family. I think the server needs a well deserved tip, and I hope someone will pay it forward. Because she was really kicking ass and didn't skip or ignore other customers.“
