My burrito was very good but the person making it had an attitude.

Disgusting, There was a hair on my food they need to start wearing something in there hair so hairs wont be all over the food

I've been going to Chipotle since they opened in '93 and while it is still pretty good, it's not nearly as good as it used to be.

This visit I had the chicken soft tacos. This location wasn't very busy so I walked right in and was immediately served. I had the chicken with the corn, sour cream and cheese.

The order comes with three tacos and it's pretty fairly priced. But I do not feel the chicken is as good as I remember. It's been about two years since I've been to a Chipotle and the last time was not a good experience. But the restaurant is clean and the servers were nice and quick. But the quality of the meat just isn't what it was years ago.

The size of the tacos is good and the fixings that I ordered with the tacos was fresh. Overall, it was okay and I would probably go back if I was really hungry. I just wish places like this could be more consistent with their food and the taste.

I went here when they had the BOGO deal and the portion I got was laughable. Even with the buy one get one free deal it's barely worth it. And of course the next day my stomach did not feel well. How are these guys in business? lol

I’ve been to several Chipotle locations around here, and this one is by far the best! They get every customized order just right, the portions are generous, and everything tastes great. Definitely a solid five-star experience!

Poor Customer Service Experience

My wife, two kids, and I ordered two bowls and two tacos — a bowl for each adult, and one taco each for our kids. Since my kids don’t like tortillas, I simply asked for their tacos to be served in bowls, with the same amount of food that comes in a taco, just without the tortilla.

The employee at the counter (an Asian lady) said she couldn’t charge it as tacos and that it had to be charged as bowls. I explained that I wasn’t asking for more food — just the same taco portion, without the tortilla. She insisted several times that it would be considered a bowl and said she’d “do it just this one time.”

I told her I wasn’t asking for anything free, and she could charge however needed, but the whole exchange made me feel like I was being difficult when I was just trying to get the same ingredients in a bowl for my kids. It was awkward and unnecessary.

In the end, she charged me correctly for the tacos, but the interaction left a bad impression. I really enjoy Chipotle, but I hope the staff can be reminded to handle customer requests with a little more understanding and respect.

This location is cleanm inrsge the food a 5 and service a 3. Although I want to clarify the service has always been super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The only reason I rate it a 3 is the inconsistent serving. I think chipotle should do a better job with the. The way they have the staff make your meal is just setting them up for this type of thing. I believe this has been a long time complaint of chipolte. Otherwise I enjoy a high protein salad bowl from here pretty regularly.

The staff was very friendly and polite, and they made me a delicious bowl exactly the way I wanted. They paid attention to all my requests, which I really appreciated. The place itself is spacious with plenty of seating, very clean, and surprisingly quiet for a fast-casual spot. Overall, everything was great.

This Chipotle is loud. I had to ask three different people behind the counter to speak up. I've been to Chipotle's all over and this one is just... odd. Every customer interaction I had here was weird. I would be curious how many folks stop at meat and beans, because he seemed confused when I was confused after he asked if I wanted anything else in my burrito. Bro, I'm not even to salsa yet, really?
I think next time I'll order online to take out, the food was great.

This has to be the most god awful chipotle location I’ve ever been to or ate at in my life and today will be the last time I ever will eat chipotle. Ordered a quesadilla online and not only was it just terribly made BUT THEY LEFT A PIECE OF PAPER INSIDE OF IT! I submitted the pictures to DoorDash before removing the paper and so I currently do not have any pictures on my camera roll. This is not the only time where I’ve had trouble with this specific location just drive an extra 10 minutes and go somewhere else🙏

Horrible place to order food. I got a chicken bowl.
And we're 2025 I don't know why we are stingy with our servings as well, I order a little bit of red hot sauce and the lady poured me a whole gallon on top of it.
