they didn't even wrap my burrito properly with foil sloppy I seen better and they made me feel rushed by their body language didn't even recommend to double wrap cause I request alot of toppings then one person at the register made an joke and made it an awkward moment I'd not be coming back to this location

Very average Chipotle location. I came in at 4pm on a Wednesday and nobody was there. Yet, the employee gave me an absolutely tiny portion. I finished it in 3 minutes. Portions here were actually average before, now they absolutely do not care about you anymore. Terrible prices too, like $15 for a tiny burrito. So disappointed.

I made the mistake of going to this location yesterday, I normally go to the Anderson lane location. I stopped going to this location about a year ago due to the horrific customer service. I remember walking in and the girl that was at the counter was giving me a look like she hated my guts and was pissed at me for even stepping in there. But I went again yesterday because I was closer to that one, and nothing has changed. The staff are not friendly, non accommodating, and I feel just flat out can’t stand customers. I asked for extra rice and wanted a bit more after the person making my bowl thought the rice in there looked like “extra rice”. So I asked for extra on the side and was rudely told “that’s going to be extra”, which I already knew. Then when I checked my receipt at home I was charged for two extra sides and paid $3.20 for the extra rice. So I will never go to that location again and will stick to the Anderson Lane location from now on.

$26 for single food bowl and a drink

Usually get the kids meal for my kid due to good value where if we don’t get beans, they’ll atleast fill the second side with more rice and usually they’ll fill the 3rd slot with meat that we choose.

Feels like a roulette wheel every time I order ahead where they never fill the quesadilla up with more than a teaspoon of meat and have the lightest scoop of rice in there. Insane how much they don’t care and how cheap they are with the food they give out lol

This chipotle never has green pepper fajitas. They always replace with red pepper fajitas which have a completely different taste. Despite numerous complaints they're unable to source the the standard ingredients that are advertised

Chicken was raw

9-15-24 4:15pm literally not meat on the line and asked about their special brisket which I was looking forward to and was told 20 minutes. The people in the back were just standing there looking at me like it’s to bad that I want that. They also had no steak or chicken. People eating on the line as well.
