We had a truly appalling experience. There were large sharp pieces of plastic in the food. If I had eaten and been hurt, I would have sued.I hope the employees have sharp plastic in their food. Maybe they’ll also be lucky and find it before they get hurt.

Double meat somehow doesn't double your meat here. And they don't offer cilantro here. Corporate says they leave the cilantro to each store's discretion. I can't believe I had to go to corporate to get cilantro

These people need to wake up, there do not pay attention and there no sense of urgency. The gentleman I believe the cashier called him Matthew looked me dead in the eye and I said “can I get a burrito and a bowl to go” and I’m standing there for a while then he looks at me again and says how can I help you, I repeat myself again. Then he only makes me a burrito put not even half a spoon of rice. Finished the burrito and he gives it to the lady to check me out and I’m tell him I also asked for a bowl and he just stands there. The lady at the register looks and him and informs him I wanted a bowl too. He stands there a bit longer then proceed to make it, forget the beans I asked for I had to ask the next lady for beans again.

Order a chicken bowl with my beans, corn, and lettuce on the side when I got to the cashier they tried charging me for my sides that I have NEVER been charged for in all the 30 years I have been eating here!Ernesto the manager was rude I asked for a refund. Got refunded for 18.62. When I paid 19.16.I will never return to this place! I will continue to go on Parmer.

Average food as always... I guess that's one thing where Chipotle is consistent. However, the service at this location is pretty terrible. No real care for guests or timeliness of orders. No food ready at 5:30, and no rush to make any food or help customers. I suppose you could go here if nothing else is open, but it's a really depressing, dirty restaurant with staff that just kind of hates you.

The last 3 times I have been to this Chipotle (between 5:30-6:00 PM), they were completely out of guacamole AND fajita veggies. As a vegetarian, this is essentially the bulk of my meal. We have left now each time due to lack of food available. We will not be returning to this location.

Total trash service.I’ve been a loyal customer of chipotle for the past 10 years, but lately this place is gone in the dumps. Tonight was the last straw. Last week on my to go order they forgot my side of chicken. I went back this week with my family to buy a meal and let them know and even showed them the receipt. This isn’t the first time they’ve either forgot parts of my to go meal or completely screwed it up. The manager said it was a week ago and it was too long. Guess he thought one week absolved him from doing his job right and turned me into a cheap meat thief for his $3 side. On top of that last week, they were out of chips and this week they were out of black beans- how does that happen at a Mexican fast food, restaurant?Complete and epic failure competency and management that are terminally incompetent and should be washing floors or digging ditches.

This location only gives half scoop for extra meat. If you want a full scoop it’s charged as triple meat. Otherwise as good as any other chipotle.

The staff really wasn't friendly or helpful. The chips were over cooked and stuck together. They replaced them with more of the same. Just an off day I guess.
