had an amazing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today! The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything was well-organized. But what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional customer service from the cashier, Alisha.

From the moment I walked in, Alisha greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Even though the line was a little long, she kept things moving smoothly...

The server couldn’t speak English well, and it seemed she was new. The dishes she prepared were not up to the usual quantity — the portions served were less than what is typically given for a bowl. When asked, she did try to get help from someone internally, but overall, the experience was a bit challenging as a customer, and I ended up receiving less food than usual.

I wish they have experienced server ..

I like Chipotle. The only thing is they have down sized alot on servings!! I have to get double protein, which chicken is my protein of choice that you have to pay extra for, of course. But overall I have never had a problem at this location!
