Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came to the chipotle on 801 Congress avenue for lunch and the first thing I see is the bigger boy in the back making squinty eyes with his fingers when he saw me. That’s probably the most racist thing I have seen at a chipotle. You live in America, Asian people are around everywhere. I didn’t serve this country for people like Florentino Ramos to make fun of me for absolutely no reason. And when the manager asked him why he did it his response was that he is deaf and that’s how he says white rice. There are many cultures that have white rice in their food. Using squinty eyes has no correlation to white rice. Disgusted with the level of service. I will be formally requested your video for legal purposes and filing a complaint to headquarters. I suggest you fire this individual, you’ll be hearing from my attorney.

Food is consistently excellent. Best value in fast casual. Some minor hiccups with missing items causing delays, but not the norm. Some of the staff very friendly. Doing better w/ portion sizing

I've been to a lot of Chiptoles in my life, but this one just took the crown for serving me the most poorly filled burrito bowl ever. The employee quite literally gave me about 6 small chicken chunks, and the bowl overall was maybe 1/4th filled. Totally ripped me off.

horrible portions and when i asked for corn salsa, he scooped a fourth of the spoon, as the salsa was empty, and just passed it along. No offer to wait for a refill, just, moved on. Why.
