I just work around that block and I recently enjoyed my quick dinner at Chipotle, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. You know what you will get at this healthy Mexican chain. They are very consistent from location to location with fresh vegetables and local meats when possible. I get 2 chicken tacos, load on the veggies and skip the cheese and sour cream for a healthy lunch. I love the salty lime taste of their chips, too. Closes at 8

Went there for dinner while in town for a wedding. Got there about 8:45pm and they close at 10. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that she had to stop her end-of-day cleanup to take my order of a chicken bowl. As I looked at the meat trays they were all empty except for a few dried up pieces. I commented to her that it looked like they were out of everything but she said there was enough there for my chicken bowl. She was actually going to send that to me! I politely said no thank you, went to Culver’s and had a great meal served by a very polite and well trained staff.

Got extra barbacoa for my burrito bowl and they charged me $5.55 for it. I’ve never been charged for a little extra protein at any chipotle. It doesn’t say anywhere on the menu that they charge for extras and I wasn’t informed of it until after I told them I usually only pay $12 and some change for a bowl so after paying almost $20 for a bowl, I’m not going back to that location.

Unfortunately I ended up with food poisoning after eating here. I knew it was a red flag when I walked in and watched a worker carelessly wipe over the food service containers with a dirty rag that kept getting into the food and then proceed to serve such food. Within hours I was passing worms in my stool. Be VERY careful eating from here

Manager Casey verbally threatened me when I agreed to resign/be terminated...She threatened that supervisors would speak to my future employers! I thought chipotle had a no retaliation policy.!UPDATE: issue was resolved, but only after i had to call the ethics point hotline apparently corporate reached out to the management team and had them change the resignation code. But still you should treat employees just like you would a customer...basics of customer service 101.
