If I could give zero stars, I would. From the start, the customer service was absolutely appalling. The lady huffed and puffed as she approached the counter to help us and grudgingly asked us if she could help us. Once I asked for kids meals, the attitude got even worse. I literally felt like I was bothering her at her job. The option for the plant base meat was not available. My husband does not eat meat so that was a bust. We ended up just getting veggies for him and to be honest with you at the end Experience the food was terrible. We will not be going back.!

I walked in at the time they opened when the doors were unlocked and they told me it was gonna be an additional 10 to 15 to 20 minutes because they’re not ready.

They are extremely stingy with their portions. If someone is paying their outrageous prices they should at least get a proper serving of meat.

None of it was a positive feeling there were no clean tables I saw them eating off the make line no gloves on it just felt so dirty in there when seeing flies on everything I didn’t even want to order from here gross I get it it’s riverside but the inside should’ve been swept at least

I ordered a bowl, they were out of the honey chipotle chicken. So I ordered regular chicken. The portions were small. When ordering beans and rice I got attitude because I asked for extra beans and rice. The amount of chicken I got was less than normal. The person behind me even asked for some small pieces because he did not get enough.
I felt rushed the entire time and the food was ok. Would not eat here again.

The ladies at the counter gave portions like it was coming out of their paycheck or something. Small rice, beans, and meat portions, almost like I wasn’t paying for it. I have never had skimpy lettuce portion, I was truly mind blown. At that point I knew it was a lost battle, so I didn’t even say anything about the lettuce.

If you’re on a diet, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go somewhere else. At the very least, the store was clean.

Something is wrong with portions I got a bowl that barely layered the bottom of the bowl with sprinkles of chicken. Like almost 14 bucks with guacamole. Like I felt like I was eating a salad.

Why does ALL the staff have an attitude? Literally every single time I come in, one of them gives me attitude or is just cold. Especially the one in pick up. She is always miserable

If the lady who handles the first half of the protein,has glasses, short hair serves you. Expect her to be skimpy about everything, she's serving like its coming out of her check, a very non pleasant visit every time

Mean lady, served skimpy bowls. I asked for salsa on the side and didn’t get it. Young guy at the register was the only friendly one.
