I had ordered a bowl for delivery and was very disappointed. I paid extra for guacamole and it wasn’t in the bowl. I tried to order a side and they had already closed their orders over half an hour early and turned off their phone line at 9:40. I decided to just eat it as is and before my first bite found a hair. Couldn’t even get in contact for any sort of refund or comp.

Exceptionally rude, brusque staff at the counter. Go to a different location if you don't want to be rushed or given the stink eye for ordering at a restaurant

Prices went up again, in line with shrinking portion sizes, inflation well and alive here; plus clueless and rude staff.

HARRASSED AT CHIPOTLE ON OLTORF
I was on the way into the restaurant when I was harassed by a homeless man on the property. He forced his way into the store with me and then strong armed me into buying his food. The employees at the store could see this happening and did nothing to stop the man from coming into the store with me, or ordering food on my dollar. When I got to the end of the line, they rung me up for over $40 knowing that I only had a regular burrito bowl. The man spent over $25 on my dollar and then blocked the door on the way out so I could not leave. I asked the employee if he could make sure I got to my car safely, but he told me he could not do anything about it. Chipotle has lost a long time customer for good. The food was already declining in quality, and now the customer service is worse!

Kid-friendliness: I would NEVER bring my kids into Chipotle with harassment taking place outside and inside the restaurant.

Today I went in at 12:30 PM while trying to order food she was acting weird and rude. She put the tiniest piece that she could and use 30% of the scoop at all times, short hair lady needs to find a new job. Worst is chipotle ever

FOOD POISONING. October 04, 2024. I ate half my bowl at 11:30am, by 5pm I was vomiting violently and would be for the next day and a half. Norovirus? Uncooked beans? Tainted lettuce? Who knows... All I know is Chipotle was the only thing I ate that day and I would not be able to eat solid food again for 2 days. I'm never eating at this Chipotle ever again.

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but the service I received was disappointing. The person serving me had a noticeable attitude. When I requested double rice, I was given a very small portion. When I asked for more, I was abruptly cut off with a curt response that it was already double rice. The amount of chicken I received was also minimal. To top it off, I noticed the person in front of me had a bowl overflowing with food. If you’re unhappy with your job, maybe it's time to take a break or reconsider your position.

I ordered my meal off of DoorDash. There was no cheese and the rice was literally crunchy. I also believe I found a leaf and then parts of more in my food. Could be a basil leaf, but I have never got 1 in any bowl / food I have ever ate. I am disgusted.

UNSAFE TO EAT

i was starving so i tried to eat what i could and now im sick.

0/2 every time i order there is some random thing wrong that makes it inedible, super tart white rice, food drenched in liquid from beans, rubbery raw steak, stale chips, i should have known something was going to make me sick.

I have lived all over Austin and eaten at Chipotle for years. This location is HORRIBLE. If they aren't out of multiple things at a time, the meat is cold.

I placed a pick up order and got a bowl drenched in sour cream (I asked for light sour cream) and the chicken was COLD. Not like room temperature....it was COLD. Like, I wonder if their warmers were on. I went back to get a new bowl made...waited for fresh chicken...then got back to work to notice they left the Guacamole off this time . SOOOOO ANNOYING! I had to go back a third time to get the guacamole.

If you are going to get Chipotle, go to a different location.

Had a great experience today at lunch at Chipotle on oltorf. The cashier was exceptionally polite and enthusiastic to be there. Thanks Stephanie!! I'll definitely be back!! And it was fresh . Smoked brisket was worth the try!!

To start, the portions are absolutely wack. More than just a couple of times I've ordered double chicken and gotten an amount that would be disappointing if I had ordered a single serving; getting that amount when I'm paying for double is unacceptable.

I've also run into what others have said about items being unavailable. As someone that worked in restaurants for nearly a decade, this is 100% on management. If your restaurant is well run you have everything pre-prepped if it can be, and your workers are trained to call for things that need to be made during service -before- they run out, not after.

All of that for a burrito/bowl that would be barely worth it if everything was done correctly
