The food was super fresh! It’s sorta different compared to the one in Killeen, Tx. Although, it was still amazing in its own way! Our waitress was super sweet and the atmosphere was quiet and nice. Would definitely come back. We had dinner!
Machi Sushi hit that perfect I just want something light and fast mood. I opted out of the all you can eat situation and went straight for the lunch special like a responsible human. Miso soup, veggie roll, hot tea. Simple and so good.
Why do I love how dark it is in here though? It’s giving cozy cave energy in the best way.
Service was quick, pricing was on point, and I was in and out feeling like I actually made a good life decision for once.

I came here a while back during their grand opening. For an all you can eat place, it's tucked almost connected to a hotel which made it a bit difficult to find. However, I was overall pretty impressed with all the options that were provided. I think that sometimes with AYCE sushi places, the sushi rice can be a bit stale, but I get that it's hard to keep it fresh when it's hard to know how much to have ready at any given time.

Machi Sushi All You Can Eat & Bubble Tea offers delicious food with great quality for the price. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with patient servers and various cooked or raw options. The atmosphere is charming, adorned with cherry blossoms and metal cranes, creating a good ambiance. A robot server brings your sushi to the table, and they do a sweet surprise for birthdays with a robot singing and desserts. The all-you-can-eat (AYCE) sushi comes in generous portions, and the fish was surprisingly very fresh, easy to bite through and dissolved so easily. The rolls stuck together and didn't fall apart, with portions easy to split. The sushi has thin rice and a small amount in maki sushi. The boba was very good, and they stress about your allergies. The service is excellent, and the AYCE price is unmatched, especially for the high-quality sushi cuts. The dynamite roll is a must-try. The only suggestion for improvement is the addition of a changing table in the restroom.
