Amelia was the RUDEST employee I have ever encountered at Starbucks. She is actually the only one I’ve encountered at the several locations I frequent. She doesn’t belong working with the public. She’s mean, intimidating and dismissive. Didn’t speak a word to me, shoved my order in my face, no hi, hello, no thank you. NOTHING. She has red hair and is a white younger lady of petite stature. Avoid her if you go in this location.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have been to. The staff is great. The store manager is one of the nicest I have ever met. It is obvious this location cares about their cutomers. If a drink is wrong the staff asks no questions and promptly makes it right
