*Update*March 26/2024:Ordered the same Burrito Bowl again today and they redeemed themselves. It was EXACTLY how it was supposed to be.I don't know if they listened / read my review or the last order was a one off mistake. But I'm definitely happy today.Good Job Guys!!!_______________________March 25/2024:Ordered Chicken Al Pastor Burrito Bowl from this place and the quantity was literally half of what Chipotle normally sends.It had regular chicken instead of Al Pastor.Absolutely disgusting. I had to hunt for the white rice and Guac in the Bowl.Complete ripoff...the person who made that Bowl either needs training or needs to be fired.RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Worst chipotle we’ve ever been to. They ran out of most ingredients by 7:30pm and the line was almost out the door. We were told they were out of white rice and chips and then were given small portions to make up for the fact they ran out of everything.

I have yet to have a positive experience here and I live across the street so I go pretty regularly.The drink/utensil area is always a mess and service is never overly friendly or quick.Last time the worker spilled the beans (literally spilled out of my dish) - got an attitude and threw my bowl away and remade it and made me uncomfortable.Just now I went during post rush hour I’d assume - 7:30pm ish. Service was slow, food isn’t hot, and I sat at the register waiting to pay. All of this is fine but I went to pay and she repeated the total back to me acting like I was inconveniencing her - and she put my drink cup in the bag. I asked for my drink and she had an attitude once again pointing at my bag.This review probably doesn’t matter because people love chipotle and it’s a great location but I would go more frequently if this particular location had better management and the workers didn’t have such a sour attitude.

Easily the WORST chipotle I have been to. The customer service is pure rudeness. To some, it may be fine, but it's not. Walked in and the guy said it'll be one more minute, that's okay. After he was done, he didn't even close up my bag for me and stuck his hand out and it almost fell because the bag wasn't closed. Didn't even say anything when he handed it to me either...like thanks!Now for the small complaints because the guy was just passive aggressive. He put bean JUICE in my bowl and it started seeping out of the bowl and leaking through the bag as I walked out. I asked for a side of guac for my chips and they put it in my bowl...good thing is it as much as them giving it on the side. The chips are stale with a mix of a few good ones in there. Definitely yesterdays chips. Lastly, the flavor is NOT it for this new al pastor flavor and they fajita veggies at this location are TRASH - horrible flavor and not even cooked to tenderness like how they are at other restaurants. Will not be coming back here.

I waited like 45 minutes for an online order (quesadillas are online only now which is fine). Workers deliberately ignored me/my order and showed obvious disdain for me for no apparent reason- super weird/uncomfortable experience.
This is without a doubt the WORST chipotle in history. The restaurant is always dirty, literally the rudest employees you will ever encounter, food is not fresh. There is a black woman who works here and she is without a doubt the most miserable woman to walk the earth. I believe she’s the same girl that was fighting with the manager last time I came in here. Then I came in two days ago and she was treating every customer horrible. Rolling her eyes looking us up and down. She wouldn’t even speak other than saying the price in an angry voice. What a weirdo!!! Never again

trash service, not kind, they want you in and out, was trying to pay to use cash back and had to load a gift card only for them to include the tax after i paid with gift card already so had to put the rest on credit

This Chipotle made me stop going to all Chipotle’s period. Ordered online, came in to see an older man making food for in-person orders. He was the only one on the line and refused to acknowledge us about the to-go order, pointed to the other guy.Went to talk to the guy by the register scooping chips, he mumbles something and points to the line. I tell him that guy’s not making my order, can somebody? It’s 10 minutes late. Ignores me and he looks mad now.Went back to the line to see if the other guy was in the mood to make to-go orders again, and no, just pointed to the other worker. Checked my apps, it’s supposed to be done/getting made and showed them.I’m just wondering at this point how they wanted this to resolve because I have no food and am just clearly sitting there. I begged the chip scooper to please not take it out on me, but no dice. He did not get on the line to scoop the food and it was back to the earpods.Sit back down to see if it would all turn out Ok and waited a surreal 10 minutes where nobody addressed me or even looked. Then I awkwardly left.Refunded the order through the app and have never gone back to Chipotle ever since.Just why
