Worst chipotle we’ve ever been to. They ran out of most ingredients by 7:30pm and the line was almost out the door. We were told they were out of white rice and chips and then were given small portions to make up for the fact they ran out of everything.
I have yet to have a positive experience here and I live across the street so I go pretty regularly.The drink/utensil area is always a mess and service is never overly friendly or quick.Last time the worker spilled the beans (literally spilled out of my dish) - got an attitude and threw my bowl away and remade it and made me uncomfortable.Just now I went during post rush hour I’d assume - 7:30pm ish. *Update*March 26/2024:Ordered the same Burrito Bowl again today and they redeemed themselves.
