You know I bring my girls and my niece and nephew here and today I experienced something that I honestly was not safe , there was a homeless man that came in and just walked straight in and went to the water fountain , as I went to tell the front desk person she told me that he was just getting water , If it weren’t for the fact that an employee had to wait for my kids to get out of the trampoline section bc they did not have their socks on , they weren’t even there for 5-10 min and i usually pay for it but I was not planning to pay for 4 passes if I was only going to be there for one more hour . But the fact that an employee said she had to wait for my kids to get out of trampoline section to leave , but this individual who did not pay for his SODAS and had multiple cups that he was refilling and entrance but DID NOT HAVE A KID AND HE WAS NOT FOLLOWED TO GET A DRINK AND WAS HOMELESS ?!

The arcade area seemed a little small at first, but there was definitely enough to keep my three kids entertained for hours. It probably helped we were there on a Tuesday night so it wasn't crowded. It was very clean, all the games worked, and the staff was very helpful.
Pretty awesome experience. Most games worked. The pizza was very tasty. My son had a blast. Overall it was a great experience. The prizes at the end were disappointing but other than that it was a lot of fun today.

Over all my family and I had a amazing time eat good kids and I left smiling but what I don’t understand is why get stamp if there not checking stamps when leaving I used to work at Chuck E. Cheese and it was mandatory that we cheek those who left with kids good thing is I was with my family and we have buddy system within it’s now 2:07 p.m Saturday 04/19/2025

Don’t walk into the trampoline with your iPad and remove someone’s small child without speaking to an adult/pareny because they didn’t “pay for it”. You didn’t know what they paid for and had no business handling a small child that is not yours as an employee with no child care authority. Highly inappropriate.
