I went to Church’s chicken located on 5339 Cameron Road in Austin Texas. I ordered a two piece. It was supposed to be a thigh and a leg. When I got home and opened up the box this is what I got got, (see picture), two pieces of dried up crap that look like it should’ve been thrown out two days ago! Before I went to Church’s Chicken today, I wondered why I hadn’t been in so long, it’s been years… now I know why it’s because of receiving food that looks like this crap! It went straight into the garbage where it belongs! They never have to worry about me ever going back to any Church’s Chicken ever again! This is beyond disgusting and horrible service! I do not recommend!

My wife wanted some chicken and passed by to pick up a family meal. She got there at 8:11pm and waited for 40 minutes for our food. The staff instead of being understanding for why she would be upset about waiting for 40 minutes, decided to just shrug their shoulders and made her wait longer. They were handing out orders to other people that got there after her. Never coming back to this establishment!!!

Worst chicken in Austin. They need to change the grease. You can smell and taste old grease. Will never go back again.

2 days before Christmas, drive thru line wrapped around the building, about 3 menu items available with a 20 minute wait for chicken. Never again.

The counter attendant was very super friendly and helped me not to forget sides such as corn on the cob fries drinks coleslaw and hot apple pies she was very very respectful and professional knee her job very well and the food was very fresh very good and not grea

sy everything was hot and made faster but cooked all the way and before I knew it my order was ready to go without any hassle whatsoever

Parking: The cook was outstanding helping the counter attendant to bag up the food as well help get the orders out to the right customer whom paid for it he was very observant whom ordered what and was on top of making sure that order got out fast and to the right left whom ordered well done Chef

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible to where the should be absolutely no problem whatsoever coming into the restaurant to eat or leaving there is a good team of employees who will ensure the safety of each and every customer

Disappointed is all I have to say. I have been coming to this location since I started my new job and they have been pretty good with their food and service. Today must have just been an off day I don’t really know. I typically order online and pick up on my lunch break, today I received my bag the way it is in the picture and instantly knew something would be off. I didn’t receive any utensils (luckily my job keeps some), my drink was absolutely disgusting, definitely needed to be change out. I received the wrong sauce, which im not picky so I used what they gave me but it’s little things but still it’s principle. I was a manager at one point in time, all it takes is 15 seconds to make sure the order is complete. Hopefully im able to get a refund when I go back after work.

Have only driven thru, many times. Their fried chicken has always been very consistent in size, doneness, crispyness and their biscuits have always been warm and perfectly done (not overcooked, a little crunchy on top yet fluffy insides).

I went thru the drive thru it wasn't busy so that was good only thing is they were to busy laughing at the window they didn't give me my complete order I was missing my jalapenos, biscuits and instead of sweet tea they gave me un-sweet tea. But I was to tired to turn back and they didn't answer phone to tell them about my order.
