I waited over two hours while the employee prioritized preparing an order for a friend. This was unprofessional and caused an unacceptable delay. Very disappointed with the service.

This review is specifically for curbside take out ... do not order curbside at any time when things might be busy. We've had 2 times where we arrive and all curbside spots are taken ...mostly by cars with no one in them. At that point you're stuck either waiting for a space to free up or walking into the restaurant to pick things up. They need to either police their parking spaces or better set up for walk-in pickup.
Update…decided to give another try and the service somehow got worse. Under no circumstances should you try a curbside pickup here!

The fajitas and everything I picked up were delicious, but they gave me flour tortillas instead of the corn I ordered. Really disappointing after a long day of moving into a new apartment as I can’t eat gluten. If you pickup food from this location, check your order.

Haven't been here since they new corporation took over. Just picked up queso, creamy jalapeño and chips. The queso tasted really salty, but the creamy jalapeño tasted the same.

Chuy’s has such a bright and lively interior – I really love it. Their Mexican food is delicious, so if you’re craving tacos, enchiladas, or fresh salsa, this is the place to visit.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Chuy’s. I’ve been coming for years. The service is impeccable. The nicest friendliest staff. The food is amazing Tex Mex. The atmosphere is inviting and fun vibes. I love it!!! One of my favorite places!!!

I live 14 miles away and my VEGAN husband likes veggie enchiladas NO CHEESE. I EMPHASIZE no cheese 3-4 times and as he wants an extra side of ranchero sauce, and there’s no way to get that ordering online, I have to place a call. It’s always too noisy on their end and again today I got home with the order and it had CHEESE inside and outside regardless of my clear instruction. At wits end. Would be a 28 mile, one hour in traffic, round trip to take it back and replace.

A crowded tex-mex chain, but with great food. Our server was kind and quick. They are known for their sauces and they don't disappoint. The queso is amazing. Good place for a coctail as well. They make a decent Mexican martini. Definitely suggest making a trip here.
