A very old Cicis. However, the service is super good. The pizzas taste delicious, the salad buffet is fresh. Only the ambience is not right. Unfortunately.

Me and my sister went yesterday to go eat, we were sitting in a booth by the window and there was a person outside in the breezeway smoking what appeared to be crack or meth... Two of the employees both saw him and said nothing... This is a area with families and elderly people shopping, it definitely was a sad sight... Definitely need security in this area... Definitely not going back 🫣🫣🫣

The pizza was fresh, but you get what you pay for compared to a bigger pizza buffet like Gattitown in terms of fewer variety.

Pizza taste isn't good an most pizzas are not well cooked or taste like plane dough even if they put all kinds of topping

If you're looking to get some quality food or have a nice relaxing time, this is not the place. I went on a Sunday after church, and I guess everyone else had the same idea because the place was PACKED, and more people kept coming in even as I was eating. I've come here for around a decade and it's always been dirty or not that well maintained, the food is good for buffet quality but not anything amazing but for a $9 buffet what do you expect?šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø Restrooms are disgusting, the game room is messy, a lot of tables are not picked up for a while by the employees, there is a lot of kids running around and screaming and the parents don't even say anything. The place and area is predominantly Hispanic and not in the best part of the city. Place is very loud due to all the people talking simultaneously, but overall avoid coming here on the weekends (especially during lunch hour) but other than that it's not the worst place in the world it's just okay.

This CiCi’s Pizza location sits in a lively part of town, drawing a bustling crowd throughout the evening.

The buffet, though kept consistently stocked, lacked the variety typically expected at a CiCi’s. During my visit, the rotation remained limited to about six types—sausage, pepperoni, cheese, jalapeno, spinach, meat lovers, and the unique chicken and waffles option. Unfortunately, even with these limited choices, the staff struggled to keep up with demand. I observed several moments when the buffet line was emptied by eager customers, leaving brief gaps before it was replenished, only to be swiftly emptied again.

Despite the high traffic, the staff handled the challenge admirably. They were friendly, attentive, and maintained quality standards for each pizza put out. The pizzas served were warm and on par with what you’d expect from CiCi’s, maintaining their classic flavors and texture. However, the limited selection and the difficulty in keeping up with demand led to extended waits, detracting from the overall experience.

Ultimately, I’m giving this location 4 out of 5 stars. The quality and taste hold steady, but the variety and pacing could use improvement to fully satisfy the crowd. If you’re nearby and craving CiCi’s, this spot will hit the mark—just be prepared for potential wait times during peak hours.

Vegetarian options: Part of the salad bar buffet.

Parking: There's a front and back parking lot in the strip center that has plenty of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Arcade room where many kids were playing.

This was by far the worst CiCi's I've ever visited. There wasn't a single fresh pizza put out on the buffet—just old, reheated slices being shuffled around. The desserts weren’t even fully baked and were still raw. I ended up leaving and going to another place across the shopping center for a decent meal. First and last time here.

The buffet wasn't worth the price. There was no beef pizza or supreme in there. We don't eat pork and that's all there was besides spinach pizza which we don't eat, the cheese pizza tastes weird and there was not a good selection. Everything you offer on the menu should be a option on the buffet. That was a wasted $40. We will not be eating here or any Cici s again.

With only one week of driving a car from that diler, they are already looking for a workshop, those cars from that diler are useless and not recommended. ??

Was very easy to sit down and enjoy a buffet for my family and I . Line to pay went very fast. Great hot pizza, I had even asked if they had any macaroni pizza for my daughter which they didn't but had no problem making one which came out very fast . Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat at a affordable price. Can even find coupons on their FB page .

Parking: Can park towards the back right off Cameron Rd or up front which is usually a bit more busy due to the other stores surrounding.

Place is disgusting!
Grabbed 2 slices of pizza both raw, the pizza dough was all at the top not cooked properly.

Showed the manager NADIA GARCIA and she did NOTHING!!!
I sat down and waited over 30 min never made an attempt to apologize or remake the pizza, I grew impatient and went to the front and told her if I could just take 1 slice of pizza to go since I couldn’t eat here that if she could please cook one and I would wait and did not ask for a whole pizza just a slice to go and she REFUSED, I couldn’t eat here because I ran out of time and she simply said no and she would’t do anything to help me that I had to eat here.
Very rude, very unprofessional, not helpful she speaks Spanish and so do I so there’s no communication barrier very upsetting that all I could eat was a plate of broccoli with ranch.

She knew I was upset as I waited thinking they were remaking a pizza.
when I took her the undercooked pizza and told her I had 2 more at the table she never came to look or check on us.
Me and my son have just been sitting here for nothing, I will never come back here.
She really ruined the experience and happiness that usually happens when visiting their locations now I will never come back.
Do a better job at training your managers on customer service please!!!
