This is the my vote for best Thai food in Austin - I've lived nearby for 8 years and we get takeout from this food truck at least 3 times each month. The Pad Thai & Green Curry are my favorite dishes but everything I've had is incredible and the portions are huge + the staff is always fast & friendly. 10/10 - Highly Recommended!

This food truck was at the ACL GA+ Lounge, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the chicken pad Thai and egg rolls.
The pad Thai had decent flavor, but the chicken was pretty dry and the portion size was on the smaller side. Definitely need the lime in my opinion. The egg rolls, on the other hand, were really good--crispy, warm, and flavorful. The order came with three vegetarian egg rolls which tasted better than expected.

This food truck has been here forever and every time I go to Zilker I love to come here afterwards. The food is tasty and high quality.
Coat & Thai is a delightful Thai food establishment conveniently situated in a food truck park near Zilker and Barton Springs. Rated as one of the Top 10 Best Thai spots by City Search, this eatery offers generous portions and uniquely presented dishes. The chicken Pad Thai, although lacking some typical ingredients, is solid and not overwhelmed by sauce. The Pad See Ew with chicken is surprisingly amazing and highly recommended.
