Okay, hear me out. It’s a windy rainy morning and you are craving a breakfast burrito. You’re in a new town and Reddit says this place is the best. So you go. And when I say that it didn’t disappoint. I am not joking. The burrito was HUGE and the salsa was flavorful and not watery! Not only that, the tortillas had real flavor. Thinly we’re beautifully thin with the perfect chew.
The only thing I would say that was slightly off was that I chose potato’s instead of beans. I feel like that was a mistake on my part.

The price point just doesn’t make sense for the ingredient quality, portion size, and the taste.
Chicken quesadillas were pretty gross and they serve it with a baby spoonful of guacamole, birria tacos were good but it’s 3 tiny little dudes, birria ramen had soggy noodles, Mexican bread pudding was like eating a yoga mat with less flavor, horchata was alright, their sauce is solid.
$71 dollars for that. That’s like 7 whole burritos from chipotle. How does that make any sense coming from a food truck. What can I say about Con Madre that can’t be said about honey badger.

Really great tacos. Not the biggest in size tortilla but they are packed full! Loved how toasty the tortilla was, and the chorizo was super flavorful. I got only breakfast tacos, chorizo & egg and potato & egg both were great. The green salsa is flavorful and spicy and the red was just super flavorful. I would definitely come again.

Had the Migas and it was terrible. Didn't fry the tortillas long enough while the potatoes were way overdone. No seasoning, no love in it. Salsas were also very disappointing.
