Worst thing about the experience of going to Fredo enjoying a kickback, cozy place that I could kick it with my friends and work on my songs, was meeting the owner Harry Karr, a very pretentious and affected bald man who owns the restaurant. After successfully avoiding the owner Harry for weeks and having no problems. I stopped by to invite some of my friends that work and hang out there to my show this weekend during sxsw, Harry was there so I immediately turned around to leave. the owner is not very friendly or Genuine. embarrassed me in front of the other customers insinuating that I wasn't going to order, I asked for an espresso and he said you know you have to pay for that first. most people he leaves alone but if he decides that he doesn't like you there is no talking to him. the coffee is pretty mediocre and the food is way overpriced, if you go at night when he's not there you're liable to have a good time and maybe some good conversations, but...read full review
