The cheese pizza was slick with grease and awful and the turkey and cheese sandwich was on a bun that was old falling apart bread. They sell ice cream, but the ice cream was at the bottom of the tubs and looked like it had been melted and refrozen- looked disgusting… don’t bother with this terrible place.

True definition of customer service can be found here. I visit at least twice a week.

Best sandos in Austin. Close your eyes and pick one randomly they are all kings/queens.They do pizza too and though I've been here over ten times, I havnt tried it yet because those sandwiches cannot be denied.Seriously good sandos folks.

Delicious and has a lot of flavor. We will definitely return. Service was awesome! We loved the ambiance.

This was one of the grosser sandwiches I've ever had. Prosciutto tasted old, and it was heated so much it burned my mouth to take a bite. I'd take Subway over this, it's 1/3 the cost.

Sandwich was ok, nothing really to write home about. Really not sure how the place stays in business...

Sandwich was fine but the bread was literally stale and hard. I had to take it apart and just eat the meat and veggies. Service was fine. The salad/meat area could use some cleaning. I think this place used to be really good but sorry to say I likely won't be back.

Great place. It's usually just 1-2 people working there. But they work very hard and get it right every

Not a bad place but I'm not feeling the same as the various five star reviews. The kid making our food maybe was in training or something, but didn't seem super confident in what he was doing and another woman kept walking out to help him with things. I'm gluten intolerant and was pretty nervous about if my food was going to get cross contaminated, but I didn't specifically ask for there to be a glove change and to use clean utensils so that's on me. That being said the gluten free bread was pretty good. Our food ended up taking about twenty minutes so we left instead of staying to eat. The sandwiches were well stuffed but pretty bland tasting in my opinion. The place looked cute but it wouldn't be my first choice if I wanted to go for a good sandwich.

I had gotten a tik tok of this sandwich shop quite a while ago, and since we happened to be visited Austin decided to stop by for dinner. The sandwiches were delicious! Super fresh, I loved that you could pick a sandwich or build your own. So glad we stopped!

I must be missing something here. Went with fried chicken sandwich, who wouldn't, but was severely disappointed when I saw them use a previously cooked chicken breast that was just hanging out in the bin. They do reheat it but a 4-5 star sandwich this was not . Super dry and bland

Okkk where to start: Sandwich taste: 6/10 it was nicely put together but sadly very bland. Ambiance: 1/10 the floors were sticky and had chips under each dirty table. We walked in there was a younger boy playing on a computer and a nice lady behind the counter. Not one customer. The place was a mess. The pictures of dogs were very cute and colors of the facility were uplifting but very sticky and dirty. Cleanliness: Ok here is where I had a huge issue. The nice women was I'm guess "teaching" her son in Assuming how to take orders And make food. He is not ready for Any of that.... He had a hard time taking our order which was ok everyone needs to start somewhere. BUT UGH HE HAD GLOVES ON AND KEPT TOUCHING HIS NOSE AND SHIRT THEN THE FOOD. I was like WTF. My husband begged me not to point out this major health issue. I get it he's young and learning but touching every object without changing gloves like wtf is the point of the glove. He touches his face/ mouth and nose 3 times I literally counted. I get people need to learn as I said but not with others food. We will not be returning due to the health risk issue :/
