Love the breakfast tacos, and the hand made corn tortillas rock. The only downfall is the potato...steamed and bland. Everything else is great. A hidden gem.Vegetarian options: The egg and cheese breakfast tacos rock. If you like your potato plain and steamed, throw those in for good measure.Dietary restrictions: Handmade corn tortillas are gluten free.
I’ve been going here consistently the last 2 years and it’s been delicious and reliable. Flavors are great, food is hot and filling, can’t go wrong across the whole menu, they don’t miss.

Wanted a quick breakfast taco and saw the reviews for this food truck so had to try it for myself. I ordered 2 Anderson (1 with sausage instead of bacon) and they were exactly what I was craving. I definitely recommend substituting the bacon with sausage... It was fire Don't forget the salsa! It had great flavor and the perfect amount.
