The area is extremely congested, but there's always great products. I wish the line wasn't so long being that people were waiting from the back of the store. I think the employees are flustered because it's always busy. I wish there was better organization.
Today, 9/22/23, was the first time I've had a negative experience at this Costco. I got into the "self checkout" lane that is actually staffed. This is a great convenience. Today the person directing customers to a lane to check out obviously spoke little to no English. He kept on saying to me, "eight, eight." I finally figured out he meant for me to go to lane "A."
