I had heard from a coworker that Costco cakes were really reasonably priced so for our spring party at work we opted to get one. When I went to Costco to order it, I wasn’t aware that there were design limits. I took a picture of the design options that are available so you can see. You can only choose from those ones. That was not a problem though and I adjusted our design. The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. I was also surprised to learn that they only need a day’s notice to complete a cake order! I picked their white cake and had them do a balloon design in burnt orange. They have a little paper form for you to fill out- how efficient! However, I usually prefer to talk to someone when placing an order to avoid any confusion. On the day of pick up, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The cake turned out amazing and I couldn’t believe we only paid $26.99 for a half sheet cake! The cake was a hit at our party with many guests grabbing a second slice! It was a very good cake. I think we’ll try their chocolate one next time!

Costco has really upped the ante with the almond croissants. Not cheap, but still a great value for what you get.

It is a good store with a variety of products. I wish the pizza had variety too.

Go during the week…. This place gets packed on the weekend….
Saturday afternoons are the best time to go!
Great gas prices-
Great meat department-
Kind of a necessary evil. Get there when it opens if you don't enjoy crowds or lines--it's never not busy.
Our spot for great deals on organic produce, prescriptions are the lowest prices we have found in Austin area plus huge selection of grocery items, meat, deli, vitamins and flowers!
They got rid of self checkout :-/

The happiest place on earth, for some.
Don't forget to check for their cheap bread.
Saturday at Noon is the best time to come shopping here. Come with an empty belly since they have tons of free samples at this time of day.
Everything
Good luck finding parking on the weekend. This place is a madhouse.
