Inconsistent quality. Consistently bad management. My friend and I both placed delivery orders on 6/30. Both had missing/incorrect items. Despite emailing and calling the store every day to check on the refunds, nothing happened. Staff always said the “manager just left” (we called at 2-4 PM). Avoid this location at all costs. Gives Crumbl a bad name.

Amazing cookies soft hot a little raw but I love it
Service is really bleh here. The two girls who were working didn't even say hi when we came in. We order from the 4 different kiosks and they gather our cookies. They would make so much more money selling milk. These cookies need like a knife, so having that would've been nice. I did like that there wasn't a rush to pick what you wanted. I also liked the different flavors. Snickerdoodle and the chocolate smore one was our favorite. THere's also no space to eat it, so we went outside and sat on another business's outdoor tables and went into this other business to get some strawberry lemonade.

Do not use this for any of your business related needs, especially if your business keeps you busy. Due to unreliable outsourced delivery service I will never order from this company again. This experience of ordering a small, nice thing to be delivered is too much stress if the delivery does not go well.
