My first and last crumbl cookie. Undercooked and generally not good. The floor was also very sticky and not clean.

The cookies are good and the staff is friendly however they should consider to verify the people picking up the cookies because I was getting mine stolen by some teenagers

I haven’t ever had a bad experience at this location. I order through the app typically and my order is always ready when I get to store. I only live 8 mins from the store. :)

Cheesecake looked really bad don’t even want to eat it. Boxes were dirty and hot chocolate mini cookie made my sister sick cookie seemed raw. Not going to this location anymore.

The cookies were small. They are normally bigger than this. These look just a little bigger than you mini cookies. Paid 15 dollars for 2 regulars cookies and 2 mini ones. Shane on you
