Maybe it's because we're in Texas, but dang. I grew up in Wisconsin and culvers was a staple up there. I moved to Austin last year and when I realized there's a culver's here I was super excited. I went and was disappointed. I haven't been back. Real bummer. I think just fast food in general has gone downhill so it's probably not just culver's.
My wife and I are very impressed by the food, friendly staff and the cleanliness of this restaurant. The burgers are so good! I used to be a "WB" fan until we got an flyer in the mail from this place. Then my wife decided we would try their hamburgers. Boy, were we impressed! The meat is a good quality and has such a good flavor. Like home cooked. We really enjoyed it. Next time, we are going to try their frozen custard that they make right there in the restaurant! Food is typically on point, fresh and of higher quality for this category. Check your mail for coupons, but the price point is still great without. I get double cheddar on the burger and it’s nice having real cheese.
