Me Con Bistro is kind of a hidden gem. It’s in an unassuming strip mall and is easy to miss. The food is consistently great. Many gluten free options. Staff has always been knowledgeable but hit and miss on friendliness. Quite a lot of indoor seating with a so-so vibe. This place is best for a super casual lunch or dinner, or for take out. Driving around and ran into this place as it had come up on some of my searches , very glad I did! Vietnamese food was flavorful and delivered to my table very fast. I had the rice plate combo and it was good portion size for me, with lots of different flavors and textures to enjoy, the fried egg yolk cooked perfectly to break onto the rice and soak up the goodness. the fresh vegetables ? at the end was the perfect way to close out the meal. This restaurant is a family favorite. We love the spring rolls with the generous portions and that special crunchy stick inside. My personal favorite is the lemon grass tofu, Mom likes the grilled shrimp. We always order the green beans XO for the table.
