The cinnamon roll was top notch! Taste it fully and you’ll enjoy the fine flour and tangy sweet cream. Wow, great work!

If all I had in this word were baked by Camila, I’d forget about everybody in an instant. My phone is now not working because I keep drooling at the pictures she posts on Instagram. Every Saturday I am guided to her glorious goodies by my nose like Bugs Bunny floating through the air as he sniffs something delicious. All I’m thinking about right now is her cinnamon rolls that completely block my face from every selfie I try to take with it. Imagine if Narnia were full of the best tasting baked works of art you could fathom, that’s the slice of heaven that Do Bakery gives you. If I were to die from a dough-based heart attack and be cremated, and Camila spread my ashes in her sourdough bread, it would still be the best experience of your life. The fact that I can only get my hands on these little angels once a week makes me not feel weird for getting there at 5 am.

Best sourdough I've ever had. Toasted with a bit of olive oil makes it even better, I will be back!!!

I have had the pleasure of trying MANY items from this tiny baker in a shed. She makes the most beautiful breads - almost too pretty to eat. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and has such extensive knowledge in bread making. Her sweet rolls are amazing no matter the flavor. But my favorite has to be her beautiful brioche wreaths she did for the holidays. They made the most stunning gifts!

The absolute best Pan Sobao in the Austin area by far. Amazing sweet and cinnamon rolls. Literally carb heaven. You can also pre order to make sure you get your choice (by Thursday), bread seems to fly off the shelves. Grab a bottle of wine across the way and tear into a loaf immediately, you won't regret it.

I preordered online (linked from their Instagram)… it was easy. Ordered two items- challah and red velvet buns topped with Baileys icing. Wow!!!!!!! So delicious. Dough was soft and sweet- but not too sweet. I’ll be ordering from here again.
