Fabulous dinner staff and chef amazing
Unique and delicious. It did not disappoint and the rosemary infused olive oil over soft serve was amazing
I lived in Austin for five years and I had a handful of favorite places. Sadly I went to birdies late in my tenure, a few months before I left the city. But I went every month after tried it initially. This place is special.
Special like the film making of Steven speilberg. Special like ET is to a generation. Special like Jurassic park. There’s something different about this place.

Birdie's offers an exceptional dining experience with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff and service are exceptional, making everyone feel right at home, and their wine and food knowledge is impressive. The menu features a variety of dishes, including snacks, small plates, starters, and entrees, with the menu rotating for the element of surprise. The pesto potatoes, beef tartare, peach and tomato soup, pasta, steak, and rockfish are recommended. The pasta dish is a star, with its light and zesty flavors, sun gold tomatoes, and lemon and citrus notes. The smoked cabbage is also a highlight, with its phenomenal flavor and perfect crunch. Desserts are delightful, and the steak and pasta are chef's creations. This is a must-visit restaurant that offers a delicious meal and a great dining experience.
The courses are perfectly curated and timed, and the Wagyu meat, though disappointing to some, is complemented by the incredible butternut squash soup. The food and service are top-notch, with the beef being a highlight for one customer. The prices may be higher than some other establishments, but the quality of the food and service make it a worthwhile destination for those seeking a unique and memorable dining experience.
