“Always Hits the Spot!
This Domino’s location is consistently awesome. I always order the pepperoni pizza, and it never disappoints. The crust is perfectly cooked, the toppings are generous, and it always arrives hot and fresh. Delivery is fast, and even when I do carryout, the staff is friendly and efficient.
I’ve tried other pizza places, but I keep coming back here — they just get it right every time. Big thanks to the team at this location. Keep doing what you’re doing!“

“Pizza is good, they never get my order wrong. I’m leaving a review because whoever the manager is decorated the store SO CUTE for Christmas. I was honestly impressed by the pizza box snowman and Christmas tree. They even have lil stockings with all the employee names on them. Wish I snagged a pic. SO CUTE“
“I get from this location quite often, never really had a problem with 'em. Even ordered a bulk order for my kiddos birthday party and again, absolutely zero issues. Now today, today of all days, I order once again. Whoever is cooking in there is a pizza artisan, y'all really blow me away, thank you guys. Can't really rate atmosphere fairly because I'm never in there long but everyone I've ran into is chill and/or courteous.“

“Although I placed the order and it was delivered on time to my place, I had got somebody else’s order. It’s easy to mix up the orders as a driver, so not a big problem. I called to see what they could do about it and they remade my order for me since I wanted the stuffed crusted pizza! Thank you guys for amazing customer service and fast work“
“I received my delivery order, pizza and wings. The buffalo wings had no buffalo, lol. So I called and they were quick to apologize and resend the wings. Not to mention, it’s Halloween, so they are very busy and took the time to fix this problem quick! Not many places would do this, they’d just email a coupon for the next order. Very grateful for this team cause I been craving these wings 😂 also, the pizza was on point! No complaints here! Thank you!“
“I went in cause my delivery never showed up and they quickly remade my order and refunded the delivery fee. Turns out the address was wrong. I went with whatever the app suggested because I let them use my location and it was the house next door. Didn't notice that until I got home. I hope the neighbors enjoyed it.“

“Listen, I’ve been in the delivery trenches. I’ve watched as Uber Eats and Favor drivers valiantly attempted to find my apartment (all equipped with information for success), only to vanish into the abyss of confusing parking lots, a maze of gates, and existential dread. Most never return. Some cancel. Some just disappear. My food delivery dreams have died too many tragic deaths and so few of them in my belly where they were intended.
Enter: Domino’s. Not just any Domino’s. The chosen one. Ascended from the Mount Olympus of Pizza Delivery Mountain.
The driver? A delivery demigod. Not only did my pizza arrive so hot I had to wait to eat it (a modern miracle), but the delivery driver also called me to say he’d be at my door in four minutes.
FOUR. MINUTES.
He arrived in THREE!
This man has clearly fought and conquered the final boss battle of apartment deliveries. He navigated the maze, dodged all side quests, and landed at my door like some kind of pizza slinging warlock. I opened the door and just stood there, stunned, cradling the holy grail of pizzas in my hands. It was a spiritual moment. I held back tears.
Honestly 10/10. I’m naming my next born after this driver. Give this location a raise, or a shrine, honestly, both.“

“I’ve been to a lot of Dominos in my 29 years on this Earth… and this location is ELITE. I go here damn near biweekly and have never gotten a bad pizza or had a bad time. It’s super clean inside, I cherish this shop more than my relationship with my family.“

“We ordered two pizzas online for pickup, upon arrival we saw a very busy store with a customer already waiting. As we waited more customers piled in the store. While multiple workers were present there was one man who stood out from the others. He was boxing up pizzas and attempting to organize the chaos of the dinner rush. This guy was phenomenal, he was the ringmaster and was instructing the other workers in a respectful tone. On top of all of this he threw in an extra ranch for having us wait. I never got his name but I wanted to show my appreciation. Have a great new year!!!“

Garlic crust, ham, bacon, jalapeños and tomatoes, extra on each topping.
Couldn’t have been better. Really. Hot, flavorful, not skimpy at all on the toppings, ready when we got there. Great pizza. Love this location on Parmer. A bit of a drive for us, but certainly worth it.“

“This location truly understands the meaning of extra cheese. I went in yesterday (Tuesday) and used the $9.99 any pizza any toppings coupon to get a half cheese half pepperoni pan pizza with extra cheese. When I walked in to pick up, the staff was super kind, courteous, and had a positive energy. Once I got my pizza, it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly cheesy. I love that the coupon lets you get extra cheese for no extra charge. I hate paying $2-$3 more for extra cheese at other pizza chains, so thank you Domino’s for creating this coupon. Btw, this was my 3rd time going within the past couple of months, and it has been consistently made to perfection with the cheese. Adding a picture for proof, but if you’re looking for a great pizza with extra cheese, go to this location!!! P.S. don’t sleep on Domino’s pan pizza, it is SO GOOD!!!“

“I love this store and any other time besides this one employee it’s nothing but a good experience. I just walked in the store to grab a pizza and she’s a young girl so her attitude is disgusting She sat there messing with things in the oven and had her headphones in, and she knew I was there because the little bell ring and then she saw me standing there. She was avoiding me and she left me sitting there so rudely for three minutes you couldn’t say I’ll be right there. Sorry she had a horrible attitude people like that. Make me never want to come back to the store again. She doesn’t know how to socially act interact with employees so I would really evaluate her working there because her rude customer service is never gonna get her anywhere because I don’t wanna go into the store if I know she’s working there ever again. I’ll probably just order delivery now.“
“Went to this Domino’s after a concert so it was almost closing time when we got there. It was amazing! The General Manager, James, is very friendly and kind!

“We order from here all the time. The staff is friendly and they dp things right. In all the years I've been going there I've only had problems twice. One time they couldn't find my pizza. They apologized and quickly made me a new one. The second time wasn't their fault. The delivery person (who wasn't Domino's) didn't show up with my pizza. After an hour of waiting I called the store. They apologized and remade my order. Even when the mistake was mine they remade my pizza for me. I love this store and can't recommend it enough!“

“Came in last minute at 11:40PM, tried to go to Papa Johns first right down the street, but they wouldn’t take my order since they closed at midnight, so went here even they closed at midnight as well. Caleb at this location was more than happy to take my order for just one pizza even though they too were closing soon. Shout out to Caleb, he needs a raise, and pizza is better than Papa John’s.“
“I have to share an experience that truly deserves a 5-star rating, not just for the product, but for the outstanding character and customer support of the store manager.
I placed an order around 2:30 AM (about 30 minutes before close). I accidentally fell asleep, and when I arrived at the store around 4:00 AM, the staff were cleaning up and the store was closed to new customers. I learned my order hadn't been made and I would get a refund.
I explained to the manager that I was utterly disappointed, as those last $10 were all I had left to spend, and having the order fall through was a disaster for me that night.
The manager could have easily focused on closing and just processed the refund, but they patiently listened to my argument, genuinely assessed my tough situation, and offered what he had to help me out. His incredible act of kindness made me truly happy at the end of a disappointing night.
People like this manager are the backbone of great businesses. He didn't just stand for the customer; he went above and beyond while cleaning up after hours. I am truly appreciative of this store manager for his kind heart. Thank you for making a difference!“
“update7/24 New staff observed and no bad practices observed. Maybe past dirty habits are gone.Prompt and helpful this time. Prior: Cleanliness horrible. Staff puts personal cell phones inside open pizza boxes on the table awaiting the food. Staff can then read and surf tictok while waiting on hot pizza to roll out. They then put the food exactly where the nasty phone was. They wear gloves but the gloves are all over nasty personal phones.Where else do the gloves go? Hygiene is sad. Food and safety fail for health department codes. Location needs better management.“

“I just had an amazing experience at the Domino's on Oltorf Preston was so amazing and so was jayanna but Preston really helped out my situation the I ordered online and somehow it didn't go through but he was so helpful and made sure everything got done and I got my food hot and done pretty quickly and I just want to say I haven't had any type of good customer service here ever before especially at this location I've always had bad experiences but it's right by my house so I always come back and this is the first time I've had such a wonderful experience so five stars for Preston!!“
