“Yesterday I ordered two pizzas, one of them was the pizza my wife would have some slices. During my ordering I was also taking care of another task, so I forgot to call Domino's and let them know about my wife's severe allergy to mushrooms. I went to pick the pizzas up and something told me to look at the pizzas. And one mushroom was on one of the pieces. After explaining everything to food rep, they kindly re- made the pizza. Everyone was so nice and empathetic. Thanks for understanding.“

“We’ve been coming to this Domino’s for a long time and have always had great service, but tonight Brandon truly went above and beyond. I messed up part of our online order and were eating in the store, and Brandon saw that something wasn't quite right with how my son (picky eater) wasn't eating his pizza. Brandon jumped in to make it right without hesitation and was determined to ensure we left happy. You could tell that he genuinely cared! He turned what started as a stressful situation into a great experience.
