“I’ve been coming to this Domino’s for the last year now and when I first started coming, I wasn’t too happy with whoever was running this location. The guy just wasn’t very nice but I think they’ve gotten new management and new employees and I’ve spoken to or have worked with Abdul, I think it’s his name a couple times now and he is always super nice and very chill. Very friendly guy. The whole team in general seems to be very nice and have good customer service.“

“Last night we ordered two pizzas. I have no idea who made them but they rocked it. They were the best looking & tasting Domino’s pizzas I’ve ever had. And they rivaled a lot of their more expensive competition. Kudos to the chef - they deserve a raise. Mad impressed.“

“These guys were really sweet to help with a last minute pizza. Only problem was when we got home both pizzas were wrong and it was too late and far a distance to go back and get the right order. If we could possibly come in and get the correct order tomorrow we would really love it. We love you and love our pepperoni pizza. We were given two Hawaiian pizzas on accident. Thank you.“

“This was the best visit to this Domino's I've ever had. Admittedly the Staff used to be mean here and the pizza was overdone, but today it was nothing less than PERFECT. Pizza tasted and looked divine, staff was delightfully cheerful and friendly and energetic. Other pizza places could learn from this and I hope they do. 11 out of 10. I'll be back. “Well ,actually I went there at mid day, ( noon tiime) and ordered a pizza to be delivered for late evening , sporting event watch party. The cashier was great ,they totally understood, no problem. Above all, I wanted half of the pizza to be for vegetarian . No problem ,with that either. To say the least,everything turned out as planned. I was very pleased with the service. I did this on two different occasions. Each time, everything has gone well. I always tip my delivery drivers ,very well . L.g.“

“We order from this store all the time and their employees are always friendly and helpful. We recently had an issue where the delivery person accidentally forgot one of our pizzas. When I called, they were professional and apologetic and resolved the issue immediately. Also the food is always hot when it arrives, and we love their pizza.“

Couldn’t have been better. Really. Hot, flavorful, not skimpy at all on the toppings, ready when we got there. Great pizza. Love this location on Parmer. A bit of a drive for us, but certainly worth it.“

“Spotless lobby and kitchen area. I don’t always go inside for pickup but I did this time since it was a large order and was blown away but how clean it was! Also the pizza was made correctly and on time. What more do you want from a $9 pizza?“

They were the only ones working (besides the one delivery driver) and they had 100+ pizza orders to get out in crazy fast timing.

Still amazing personalities, still chipper, still great pizza. Domino’s corporate I hope you see this and give them a raise for excellence, customer satisfaction, and work ethic.

“We ordered two pizzas online for pickup, upon arrival we saw a very busy store with a customer already waiting. As we waited more customers piled in the store. While multiple workers were present there was one man who stood out from the others. He was boxing up pizzas and attempting to organize the chaos of the dinner rush. This guy was phenomenal, he was the ringmaster and was instructing the other workers in a respectful tone. On top of all of this he threw in an extra ranch for having us wait. I never got his name but I wanted to show my appreciation. Have a great new year!!!“

“Thank you for the great turn around! We had a little mishap a few weeks ago where our order was not quite to our satisfaction and the delivery arrived outside the expected window. However, I really want to commend the team for how they handled it afterward. I received a call from the manager, which I truly appreciated, and today they completely turned the experience around for us.

The garlic bites were absolutely heavenly, the pizza was delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Good to see a business genuinely care about customer experience and make the effort to make things right.

“We order from here all the time. The staff is friendly and they dp things right. In all the years I've been going there I've only had problems twice. One time they couldn't find my pizza. They apologized and quickly made me a new one. The second time wasn't their fault. The delivery person (who wasn't Domino's) didn't show up with my pizza. After an hour of waiting I called the store. They apologized and remade my order. Even when the mistake was mine they remade my pizza for me. I love this store and can't recommend it enough!“

“Was here at the hospital downtown and ordered pizza for the family and nurses. These guys didn’t play around when it came to delivering. “I just had an amazing experience at the Domino's on Oltorf Preston was so amazing and so was jayanna but Preston really helped out my situation the I ordered online and somehow it didn't go through but he was so helpful and made sure everything got done and I got my food hot and done pretty quickly and I just want to say I haven't had any type of good customer service here ever before especially at this location I've always had bad experiences but it's right by my house so I always come back and this is the first time I've had such a wonderful experience so five stars for Preston!!“

“I ordered 7 pizzas, 7 dipping sauces, and 2 sets of parmesan and red pepper flakes shakers. All items were delivered, even the small things. Pizzas were all made correctly and were hot. The driver, Zahid, was kind and brought the pizzas in the office to the spot where we were serving them. He was very professional. The best part was that the food was brought about 10 minutes early, so all of us hungry people didn't have to wait to start digging in!“

“Sometimes there's a problem with my online order when I go to p/u in-person curbside, but they ALWAYS make it right either while i'm there and notice or after I find out when I get back to work on my lunch break, only time I go to this location.“

“This Domino’s is consistently good. And they are fast for curbside and delivery. The app is easy to use, too. Really like the tracker which lets you know where your order is in the process. Been ordering from here for many years. It’s my go-to for pizza, salad, pasta and brownies. Yum!!“

Lately the pizzas have been great, the orders are correct and the location seems well staffed and running a lot smoother.“

“update7/24 New staff observed and no bad practices observed. Maybe past dirty habits are gone.Prompt and helpful this time. Prior: Cleanliness horrible. Staff puts personal cell phones inside open pizza boxes on the table awaiting the food. Staff can then read and surf tictok while waiting on hot pizza to roll out. They then put the food exactly where the nasty phone was. They wear gloves but the gloves are all over nasty personal phones.Where else do the gloves go? Hygiene is sad. Food and safety fail for health department codes. Location needs better management.“
