I ordered a pizza a couple days ago and they called to let me know that they won’t be able to deliver it because of heavy traffic due to the lights in zilker park, i explained that where i live is right on the boarder and you can get here the road is closed off after where i live so that there is no issue, the manager checked and he saw that it was fine and sent the pizza. However today i ordered and the same thing happened but the difference is that this time the other manager on the phone would not listen and interrupted me and didn’t want to hear until he hung up on me.
This is horrible service.

I came to pick up my order and was shocked by what I saw. The person preparing food was not wearing gloves and was holding his phone while making the order. But what really disgusted me was when he used the same fork (or whatever tool they use to pick up the meat) to take a bite of the food—and then put it right back without even washing it ! but the fact that he ate from a utensil used to serve customers is unacceptable.
I’m literally throwing my pizza in the trash and will never be coming back.
Pizza was way overcooked the worst pizza I’ve had a gas station pizza from 7 eleven would of been way better I order from dominos all the time but this place is trash

I will NEVER use this place and maybe any other Dominos pizza again!!! I ordered pizza last week somewhere around may 22nd. The guy working said sorry we don't have a driver so this may be a while... goes on and I just tell him after about 2 hours cancel my order. I was told if I needed delivery I can use doordash. I had my wife order this and of course 2x the cost due to the trash fees they have. Who delivers the Pizza? That was ordered on door dash??? A damn dominos drivers. Later that day, my wife calls back into the business and speaks to a gentleman who claimed to be the manager and he said, he applied a $30 gift card to my phone number. Needless to say, we call on May 26th to submit an order. And no one knew anything, and needless to say, the worker sounded trashed or high as hell.

The food depends on who is working. I've gotten wrong orders from this location and the food is not always hot when I go pick up. I'm always on time when retrieving my order.. Def could use a bump up..
