So this is February/23/2025 Its 3:13pm And who ever is this guy working here, has a very bad attitude. I asked him some questions because it’s my first time trying out Dominos, he’s sarcastic and rude. I let him know politely that I was here for the first time. Bad experience not coming back again. I hope who ever runs this store can work this out.

I usually get my pizza from another location down the road and for some reason the app chose this location. The same pizza build I got from down the road, this was the worst pizza I have ever had. The dough tasted old, the sauce had no taste, and worst of all, the sausage had bone gristle. One would think that the location of a food chain would not make a difference, but it does. I learned that today.

My pizza was all bread and no cheese. other customers were also complaining about missing stuff, and someone didn't even get their order when it was ready. Spanish lady at the front was extremely rude, but one of the gentlemen were kind and helpful in refunding my order.

I ordered a large cheese pizza, but when I went to pick it up, I received a burnt pizza with no cheese. I immediately informed the staff that I had ordered a cheese pizza, and they went to the manager. They told me it would take another 10 minutes to remake it, which I agreed to.
However, when my wife returned after the 10 minutes, they told her they wouldn’t start the remake without us paying for the incorrect pizza we didn’t order. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were left waiting in the car with hungry kids, and the lack of accountability and communication was beyond frustrating.
Customer service is crucial in the fast-food industry, and this experience was a clear failure. I would suggest the management take a long hard look at how they handle mistakes and treat their customers. Either improve the service, or consider making changes. This was a very poor experience

I had ordered a pizza for delivery. As I was tracking the order, I was informed that it was in front of my door when I went to go check it wasn’t. I waited 30 more minutes before I called the store and was told that the driver couldn’t deliver my pizza and that he had gone home for the day. They never even called me. I had to call THEM to find that out. I asked for a refund which I was told I would be given back In a couple of days. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received that refund. i’ve contacted corporate and have never even heard a response. This is honestly ridiculous. Money doesn’t grow on trees never ordering from here again.

Placed an online order (as I have for 3 years from this location) - same apartment complex. Provided delivery instructions to leave at door. Mind you this driver isn’t new. He’s been to my apt because he’s called me before and hangs around even though I ask to leave food at the door so I just wait for him to leave. Driver calls me to ask for me to guide him into complex - i give instructions - he asks for me to stay on the line but mention I can’t stay on the phone because I take calls. He calls me back to say he is at my building (Found the 2 apt next to me but couldn’t find mine) example he was at 812 I’m at 811. He then proceeds to say if I’m not willing to come out to the parking lot then he’s going to have to cancel my order. I then asked to please cancel he got upset and hung up on me. I’m at this point upset because he blatantly just hangs up - I call the store to see if I can get a refund - then explain what happened with the drive but the man answering who states was the manager is DRUNK or on something because he was slurring/mumbling. I’m having to redirect the conversation many times. Just a terrible experience overall. Very 1st time in e years. I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

This is Pathetic location . Highly unsatisfied with the service and the food . The pizza was burnt and the food preparer Jacob was not using gloves while making the pizza. When asked the pizza was burnt the person was rude and making faces while I am talking. Donot recommend it.

I am very disappointed. I have always loved Domino's pizzas but my order from this store yesterday was a total rip-off. The pizza was raw inside, the crust was not baked properly and it was not at all crispy like the previous ones I had ordered.
They're a massive step above other Dominos in the city. The quality is drastically better often making it feel less corporate and more local. Top notch staff too

TLDR; pizzas were good, customer service was great. I think the hours need to be updated on Google tho, it says 2 am but I think they close at 12?
