We ordered two pizzas online for pickup, upon arrival we saw a very busy store with a customer already waiting. As we waited more customers piled in the store. While multiple workers were present there was one man who stood out from the others. He was boxing up pizzas and attempting to organize the chaos of the dinner rush. This guy was phenomenal, he was the ringmaster and was instructing the other workers in a respectful tone. On top of all of this he threw in an extra ranch for having us wait. I never got his name but I wanted to show my appreciation. Have a great new year!!!

I received the wrong order, and upon arriving home and realizing this I called the store asking for either a refund for the missing item, or for them to deliver the missing item as it was their mistake. I get it, mistakes happen. The employee on the phone said he could not refund unless I drove all the way back to the store. Why must I drive all the way back in Friday austin traffic for a simple refund of a missing item, when the dominos staff are the ones who made a mistake? Absolutely insane that they will not refund $6.99 to make a MISTAKE right. Thanks for nothing. Customer service is awful.
Also, don’t even think about finding a parking spot for Carside delivery— their delivery drivers park in the designated pickup spaces.

* WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD A FAST FOOD YET* I spent over an hour trying to order this pizza, because the website kept crashing, and when I was finally able to place the order and pick up the pizza, the employee behind the counter had the worst attitude, and treated me very disrespectfully after I was very kind. I got the pizza and went to my car to eat it, and that’s when I noticed a weird sauce and burnt pizza. I only order the same pizza, and I’ve never seen this sauce before. I started eating the pizza, with my ranch and I had 1 slice before I noticed my mouth/ throat starting to tingle… I went back inside and explained I was having an allergic reaction to the sauce, and the same rude employee rolled her eyes and explained that the picture shows the slight drizzle of this sauce. The picture was smaller than an inch, and I checked the ingredients before ordering the pizza. The employee continued to baffle me with her responses, and I demanded a refund. she didn’t respond or offer a solution, as continued to roll her eyes and treat me with disrespect, as if I made the mistake. I truthfully do not wish this experience on anyone. Do not waste your time!

Every time I try to place a order over the phone it's been either they don't speak English or they are keeping me on hold for at least 10 minutes and I hang up and call back to be on hold again 😤

Not a good dominoes. Go elsewhere.
They forgot the extra cheese and put almost no sauce on the pizza…usually they way over sauce but barely the hint of sauce on the pizza…pathetic. Pizza was trash. Spent 20 minutes on hold with the store and never got more than a “hold please”. Dominoes corporate customer support is also a joke. Still no response from customer service days later, lowered to 1 star.

Too salty for my taste
We had a horrible experience with this store. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and they send a pizza with meat balls on it. I am vegetarian and having meat on our pizza is big deal for us. When we called to complain, first they took so much time to even pick up the call, then never admits their mistake and lastly hung up on us rudely. It was such a pathetic experience. Dominos must cancel their license if they want to retain their name in market. I am never ever gonna order from this store. If you are also a vegetarian, please don’t order from this store as they can’t be trusted.

They have absolutely no sense of customer service. Ordered a vegetarian pizza with 2 veggie toppings. However, they delivered a pizza which also has a few meat pieces. I cannot eat meat due to dietary restrictions and thus this was completely unacceptable.
It's so difficult to reach them and they took an hour to pick up the call. Once they did, they were rude and unprofessional, and told it was no big deal to have got the meat pieces and they can't do anything about it. Least they could have done is given a refund or exchanged the pizza, and they just cut the call in middle of us speaking to them
I'm never going to order from Domino' again, they don't have any route to a good customer service

The food is fine. It's Domino's. We ordered delivery, I don't know the guy's name but he needs to receive a stick of deodorant as part of his Christmas bonus. I really feel awful saying it but the smell of the delivery guy lingered at my front door for a solid few minutes after he left. Please someone talk to him.

Had to drive to this location to pick up items that they forgot on my order,even after the driver that I tipped told me that he was going to go and grab the stuff that he forgot from the store. When I called the store to ask if the driver had headed back towards my address. They stated that the items that I was missing wasn’t on the receipt that they had? So I had to drive down there and show them a receipt from my email as it seems like the items that were supposedly missing was deleted off of my order. Furthermore, when I went to go pick up the drink and a ride back to my apartment my wife informed me that the pizza was made completely wrong. I ordered a Meatzza with olives and pineapple on one side and this is what I received. Which means that I had to get in my car and make another trip to the store. Will be my last time ordering here again.
