The Omelettry has been an Austin institution for decades, keeping a loyal following with its excellent food, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service. I have always loved the omelettes and the pancakes, and I love that they happily serve pancakes as a side for the omelettes! Win/win! The place is crazy busy on weekends, but the good food is there all day every day.Do know that there is awesome coffee and no alcohol.
Best omelettes and pancakes anywhere!! We can’t eat breakfast out anywhere else— it’s too good here!! We’d eat here every day if we could!! I meant to take a pic of the foods but when it arrived I was too excited and forgot. Haha! This breakfast spot is enjoyable, although the hot cakes seemed to have been mixed for too long, resulting in a flatter texture. However, they still tasted great.
