Dorian's Bistro is a food truck that feels like a brick and mortar. The service is excellent, fast, and the staff are friendly, sweet, and genuine people who put their heart in the food. The tacos are legit and SO BOMB, with la tinga o el pollo de los tacos dorados and the steak tacos being delicious. The nachos are amazing, and the best quesadilla in awhile is available at a great price. The steak chilaquiles are soooo good. The music and vibe is spot on, making it an absolute gem and arguably the best downtown Mexican food, especially after midnight. People will probably order more to go, so come and enjoy this delicious food.
